"The accommodation is very well equipped (modern crockery, Nespresso machine, plenty of kitchen utensils) and ideally situated for a summer holiday. The cleaning on our arrival was spot on. The terrace is very pleasant and completely sheltered – a real bonus!! The parking space is long, so you can park the bike rack without any trouble. The indoor swimming pool is also lovely, with plenty of sun loungers. The only very minor downside is the mezzanine: you can’t be too tall, but it was perfect for our daughter. All in all, a brilliant stay – we’re delighted."

"We had a wonderful stay! When we needed Tom and Ali they responded very quickly and were very friendly. The house was comfortable and big enough for our 2 families of 4. Very nice outside area for us to relax and the kids to play. Great view. There is a lot to do in the area."

"A very peaceful and beautiful spot. The car park under the carport is a big plus given the hot weather. The accommodation is superb and well laid out. It has everything you need for a comfortable family stay (washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a lovely balcony on the first floor, a terrace with a beautiful view, etc.). We were able to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with our 7-year-old daughter. The area is popular and is about a ten-minute walk from the village of Samoëns, as well as being close to the walking trails along the Giffre (a magnificent river). A short 20-minute walk takes us to the cable car that takes us up to Samoëns 1600, and from there we were able to go on a superb family hike. This place is perfect for relaxing and clearing your mind. You’ll notice it’s popular with sports enthusiasts, hikers and walkers… a far cry from the party-goers of the South of France (no judgement intended). There are no crowds, restaurant prices are reasonable, and if you enjoy hiking, the village shops offer fantastic, high-quality products! We can’t wait to return during our summer holidays and are also planning a winter break to enjoy the snow-covered landscapes. The instructions we received from Alps Accommodation were very clear and precise regarding the arrangements for our stay (which took the hassle out of organising our arrival and departure). To sum up, we all loved this holiday and this accommodation! "

"A beautiful chalet 15 minutes walk from the village centre. We stayed without a car and made use of the local buses which worked fine. It is so peaceful at night and the views from the terrace are incredible. Would recommend both the chalet and Samoens for a summer family holiday. "

"Chalet Falconnieres is a beautiful apartment with stunning views over the valley. It is comfortable and well-equipped and the space works really well, open plan but with space divisions between kitchen, dining and lounge. The decor is modern rather than traditional but still feels homey. There is outdoor seating for morning and evening sun- we were there for a summer holiday. Samoens has so much to offer, we can’t wait to come back."

"What a fabulous week we have had in this beautiful home. Such a stunning setting sitting under the mountains. A gorgeous chalet with everything we need and a private garden to enjoy the sunshine at the edge. So many things to do in this area; we cycled, swam in the lake, hiked up mountains, played padel, attended a gorgeous music concert. The top of the mountain and enjoyed lovely meals in local restaurants. This place has got it all! Thank you for a wonderful week we will never forget."

"Tom & Alison’s house in Aups is simply perfect. We were a group of seven adults and four young children and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living area, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautiful garden with plenty of shaded spots to relax, and of course an amazing pool where we spent countless happy hours. It’s only a few minutes from the centre of Aups, with its lively market on Wednesday and Saturday, multiple evening markets and great restaurants. We also loved visiting the beautiful hilltop village of Tourtour and enjoyed an excellent wine tasting at Domaine de Plerimond. Most of all, thank you to Tom & Alison. They are among the warmest, most helpful hosts we’ve ever had and made our stay truly special. "

"We had a lovely stay. Both the agency and the owner were very responsive. The accommodation was generally good. The two bedrooms on the first floor are very spacious, clean and well-furnished. The attic bedroom is, in our opinion, more suitable for a young child (due to the ceiling height). We felt that the ground floor could be a bit less cluttered, which would make it easier to move about. Overall, the accommodation suited us very well. It’s a good distance from the centre and the neighbourhood is quiet. We’re happy with our stay. "

It was a fabulous holiday in such a beautiful area, so much to see and do. The location to the centre of Samoens only 10 minutes walk, with great independent shops and restaurants. There are numerous activities in the surrounding area, hiking, biking, swimming, paragliding - very family focused. Lots of walking and cycling tracks from the chalet. There is also a Botanic Garden in Samoens, which is well worth a visit. We had fantastic weather throughout our stay. "

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable, with wonderful plush beds and excellent showers that made it feel like a true home away from home. The large swimming pool and fabulous outdoor dining area were highlights of our stay, providing the perfect setting for leisurely afternoons and memorable evening meals. Aups itself is a charming Provençal village with delightful local shops, excellent restaurants, and a fantastic night market. We also took a beautiful boat trip through the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon, which is an absolute must-see, and explored the stunning lakes. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Aups is a truly special destination, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable holiday in Provence."

"We had a great time at Chalet Amande. The apartment is very well equipped, with generous toiletries and welcome gift, and lots of storage. Great fit for a family. The outdoor and indoor pools in the residence are wonderful additions. The kids also enjoyed the common garden where they played with other kids from the surrounding houses. It is located slightly outside of the town centre, but still very easy walk, and there is a very nice pizza a minute a way."

The location was beautiful; in the valley surrounded by mountains with loads of fantastic activities or locations within short driving range (roughly an hour to either Annecy or Chamonix). "Chalet Moccand is very luxurious accommodation in the perfect location. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Samoens including a well-stocked kitchen, huge hot tub, very comfy beds, nice basement games room and superb hot tub in the garden. Very easy access to GME by bus (or a pleasant walk along the river, the perfect warm up/cool down when hiring equipment from the ski shop next to GME).The chalet is located not far from the town centre with a fine choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Superb skiing in April this year. We’d return for another visit in a flash!"

"Everybody's expectations in our party were exceeded above and beyond. The owner of the chalet, Bertram, could not have been more welcoming. What was special about this chalet was the fact that it is effectively somebody's home, which you could tell was the reason why it felt so loved. Being tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac also made it secluded and a perfect retreat. "

Chalet Chic this year, was in the perfect location for both skiing and enjoying the village. "A lovely apartment - beautifully presented and very clean. Kitchen well stocked for eating in, two bathrooms which really help when there are several of you. It’s in a nice , quiet residential area but only a short walk from the main village and all amenities. Car parking space too , so you can venture out into surrounding areas. "Our group stayed in G5 and G6 and found the accommodation to be outstanding- every detail has been considered to ensure a luxurious yet homely feel - super comfy beds and high grade linens. Very well equipped kitchen - stunning views from the well appointed balconies. Plenty of very good restaurants and bars (and bakeries!) within walking distance - good choice of ski/boot rental if needed and easy access to the telecabine station - we were blessed with fantastic conditions and a great variety of skiing for all levels. "We had a fantastic stay at Le Chardons Argentes. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to Samoëns, and frequent buses to the ski lift (5 minute bus ride). The flat was clean and spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The west-facing balcony is a real treat, and we spent many an evening sipping a beer and enjoying the sunset over the mountains. "Appartment Dix was very well nicely furnished in an eclectic modern mountain style. All the machines and tech were new and worked well. Having extra fridges for the bar and the kitchen meant that catering and entertainment for our larger group was easily managed. The terrace that overlooks the square is such a great feature. The overall location is good. There is constant hot water and very effective heating etc."

The chalet is really well set up for families and friends of all ages. There’s lots of room and lots of rooms! 4 bathrooms really makes things easy. Ski boot room with heated boot dryer was used every evening. Samoens village is great with some superb restaurants and nice bars. Having the Sherpa corner shop and Tiffany's Boulangerie was so handy and helped in the morning with the croissant run! The Alexane residence has fantastic spa / beauty treatments - which the girls loved."

"Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped and in a good location, a 5–7-minute walk from the centre of Samoëns and close to a ski shuttle (almost opposite the apartment building). The space is perfect for 8 people; the living room is superb, with a large balcony facing the sun. Also within a 7-minute walk, you will find shops, restaurants and the cinema, and a little further on, there are spas - for non-skiers or even skiers. Don’t hesitate!"
