"We were delighted with the whole experience. The Chalet was incredibly spacious and incredibly well equipped. Not a day went by when a member of our group didn't comment on what a great place it was. The kids (x5) loved the cinema room and the hot tub, whereas the adults loved the balcony with great views, and lounging by the fire. A short walk to Tiffany's boulangerie, a small supermarket and also the main gondola. Equally it was simple to drive the skis to the gondola station with ample free parking available. What we appreciate the most is the quality of their kitchenwares and appliances; they are of top quality! - this shows that the hosts really care about their guests’ experience. "We had an excellent winter holiday in the mountains. The accommodation is extremely cosy and functional, very well suited to children and ideally located for enjoying the ski area, with the Vercland cable car just up the street. The shuttle bus stop allows you to reach Samoëns or Morillon very quickly and easily. The clear information provided before and during the stay allows you to enjoy yourself fully without any stress! The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the rest of the accommodation."

"We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Chamoissiere and would happily return. The chalet was comfortable, well maintained and had plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was excellent — a short drive to the lift car park - and with parking outside the chalet this made getting out for skiing really easy, especially with small children. We loved that the chalet had a wide range of activities for all the family to engage in, it was the perfect way to unwind after a days skiing. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the Wii and Table Tennis. The chalet’s communal areas were ideal for relaxing in the evenings and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, which meant we all slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped and the chalet was clean and tidy on our arrival. Overall, this chalet provided the perfect base for a ski holiday — comfortable, well located, clean and well resourced. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the mountains."

"The house is in an incredible spot on the mountain, located next to the ski lift and close to the village. The chalet is in a private village, which means it’s nice and quiet and allows for that real French feel! The interior itself has been wonderfully done, think chalet with a modern twist. Not to mention the Amazing views and outside space with a hot tub that’s very well maintained overlooking the mountains. The boot room in winter is also an absolute saver! Keeping our boots warm and dry for the next day of activities. Overall, a sleek modern chalet with incredible amenities that I would recommend to anyone."

"A real treat! This little chalet met our expectations in every way. The living area is perfectly adequate for four people to relax after a long day on the slopes. The utility/ski room is ideal for storing ski equipment, getting changed, and keeping suitcases out of the way. The bedrooms, although small, have excellent-quality beds, allowing us to enjoy a great night's sleep every night. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already thinking about booking again for next year!"

"We were lucky enough to spend the most magical week at Du Zac during February half term. It was our first family ski trip, so lots of anticipation. As a family of 8 the chalet worked great and the layout was perfect. We especially loved the location, so peaceful and being able to wake with a coffee looking at the mountains and hearing the river flow. We enjoyed the stroll into the village for dinner on the evenings. So many memories and Du Zac catered so well for our family."

"We had a great stay at Chalet L'Orlaya. The apartment was immaculate and the location was very convenient; only 10 mins walk from the beautiful, lively town centre of Samoens. We travelled as a three generation family with my daughter who is a wheelchair user. This apartment gave her the freedom to navigate the inside and outside completely step free! We loved that we could leave the girls with their grandparents without worrying that they would find it tricky to navigate stairs and steps. We all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! The resort itself is very family friendly with free passes for children (up to 8yo) and pensioners. The communication was instant on the few occasions we had a question. Highly recommend! We are hoping to come back next year! "

Chalet Deux Coeurs is in an excellent location, just a one minute walk to the skibus and a 6-7 minute walk into town - located on a quiet street next to the river. The chalet is well equipped and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The living room is convivial and cosy, the woodburner a nice feature. All the bedrooms were clean and quiet. "What a fabulous find! Sun filled apartment, superb facilities, well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. Perfectly placed for ski hire and Grand Massif access, 2 mins walk to the Grand Massif lift. The village walk to the butchers and supermarket (the Sherpa) was only 10 mins. Lovely village shops and coffee shops to explore. We have had a very enjoyable stay, enjoyed wandering around the village. Would highly recommend Bon Appetit Alps for delicious meals in the comfort of your own apartment. Thanks for a great week."

"We had a brilliant stay at this chalet and will definitely be coming back. We travelled as a group of 3 families with four young children, all under 6, and it worked perfectly for us. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the games room downstairs gave them plenty of space to play and burn off energy without being on top of the adults. The hot tub was a real highlight. It is a large hydropool, so both adults and kids could get in comfortably without it feeling cramped, which is not always the case with standard size hot tubs. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk into town, which is great if you want to just pop in for a quick drink or something from the shop. There are also practical touches that made a difference. There is enough space on the driveway for three cars without anyone getting blocked in, which avoids unnecessary hassle. Inside, the log fire made the evenings feel warm and cosy after a day out. The host was excellent, very accommodating and easy to deal with. They provided extras we asked for in advance, including a yoga mat and kids sleeping equipment, which made travelling with young children much easier. Overall, it is a well thought out place that works just as well for families as it does for adults. We will be returning. "

The communication with the owners was excellent, very friendly and very complete - everything you could possibly want to know about the chalet itself and the village (including some great restaurant tips!) is in there. The jacuzzi in the garden is great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped, everything you could possibly need is available. We would highly recommend this chalet to anyone going skiing in the Grand Massif ski area!"

"The chalet is stylishly modern with an open plan kitchen/sitting room, which was easily big enough for the six of us. The kitchen looks great and is really well equipped and there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. The beds were comfy and the two top rooms are pretty big with two slightly smaller ones on the middle floor. There are two bathrooms, again stylishly finished. Everything was in great condition as though it had been recently modernised. It felt more like someone's private chalet then the normal rental and made our trip all the more enjoyable for it. It's close to the ski lifts and town, with its own private parking space."

"We stayed at Chalet Foehn in January 2026 and had a fantastic holiday. The chalet is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. The lounge seating area is large and cosy, offering great views - perfect for unwinding in the evenings. There’s also a large balcony where you can sit out in the sun or relax in the hot tub. The kitchen is very well equipped and features a large dining table, making it ideal for group meals and socialising. Our bedroom was excellent, with a lovely comfortable bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The chalet also has a big boot room, which is very practical for ski gear. Access to the ski lifts is easy by car, and the property is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a ski holiday - we would happily return."

Perfectly located being just a short level walk into the pretty village centre. After a day on the slopes that’s a real joy. Wonderful very extensive skiing for all abilities with some great eateries. As a location I much preferred Samoens to other self-styled glitzy ski resorts that I have visited. Somehow more genuine."
