"We had a great week in Chalet Sisu. The chalet is spacious, cosy and well equipped. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 (5 adults and 4 teenagers) The children also enjoyed the games room in the basement. The local travel tips were very useful. We really recommend this chalet and would definitely come back again."

It has been great watching our grandson George ski for the very first time. Samoens has been the perfect family resort. Our recommendations: ski runs - we loved Fred and Mephisto. We finished up in Morillon a few times and had a cheeky beer while waiting for the bus home! Food and drink - great diner at Le Serac (you can never have too much cheese) and fun evening at Vin Sur Vin (lovely wine and charcuterie, quirky music and decor). Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home, one day we may well come back for "la même chose" !"

"We spent a wonderful February break at Le Mas enjoying beautiful clear blue skies and temperatures of around 18 degrees making it possible to have leisurely breakfasts and lunches on the terrace. We very much enjoyed the open fire making us nice and cosy for the cooler evenings. We spent a super day beach combing and exploring at Lac de Saint Croix. Thoroughly recommend the gorge walk with its amazing views. The twice weekly market in Aups was bustling with locals and holiday makers. So much to see and do even out of high season."

"The location of this apartment is amazing, so close to the ski lifts and ski school locations for kids drop off and pick up and we were able to literally ski back to the door of the boot room. The balcony looks up on the mountain and to the ski lifts and is a lovely aspect."

"Very nice chalet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is very beneficial for larger groups. Well-equipped and attractively furnished. Communication with Peter was straightforward and a chalet manager would also be available on site if necessary."

"Our second stay at Chalet Bézière was even better than our first – and that is really saying something! The new open plan kitchen is stylish; has both brilliant and ambient lighting options; is incredibly well-equipped (including with raclette and fondue sets) and offers stunning views from windows opposite every seating position around the dining room table. The beds are all very comfortable as are the spacious bathrooms, bedrooms and boot rooms. For an intergenerational family party of twelve the chalet and its location within easy walking distance of town and convenience stores could not be better. The bus to the lift station that stops just outside is very easy and reliable and there was plenty of parking for our cars. Andy [the property manager] has been the most helpful and welcoming host, responding with great kindness to our additional requests."

"What an amazing Christmas we have had in this superb chalet. Excellent snow for the first half of our stay and private ski lessons with Zig Zag were well worth it. Wonderful walking and views from Col de Joux Plane with a fantastic lunch at the mountain top café, so many activities in the square, fantastic ice rink, many lovely shops and welcoming cafes. We have so enjoyed relaxing back at the chalet on the lovely, sunny terrace and in the hot tub. Thank you for the Christmas tree decorations on arrival. Many thanks for a fabulous Christmas!"

"The house is located on a nice country lane with other impressive houses. From Aups its a 5 minute drive or 20 mins walk if you've sampled some of the local rose! The views of the Provence countryside are splendid with the whiff of lavender and pine in the air. Aups is a typical stunning Provencal town, with great local restaurants, cafes and bars mixed with magnificent architecture. What we really liked about Aups was the real local people which made it authentic and earthy and still being very friendly. The Verdon accommodation was high-spec and so usable with plenty of walk in showers for all. We had the joy of sitting out watching the sun go down after a swim after a days biking sipping a cold beer. The rest of the house has homely touches and makes it a joy to spend time in. The location and the house were top draw for us and hence my review. We will come again for some more biking for sure!"
