"A fantastic two weeks spent in the French Alps watching the Tour De France 2016. The chalet has superb views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony and the position of the property is ideal within the complex as it's on the end of the top row and thus very peaceful. The property is very well equipped with a brand new kitchen which has good quality appliances and suitably well equipped with everything you could possibly need to cater for a big family. On site swimming pool very clean and reception staff lovely."

"Chalet Toubkal provides an excellent, stylish, clean home from home in the Alps. Ash and Mike gave us the initial tour of the property on our arrival and they kept in touch over our holiday to make sure we had everything we needed - We could not fault the service provided. We have stayed in many Chalets over the last few years but never received this level of service before. The chalet is in an excellent location with extensive views of the snow capped mountains from the balcony or the hot tub. It provided an excellent hub for our sons downhill mountain biking and our visits to the local towns and even further afield to Annecy and Chamonix. We hope to return one day."

"This chalet is perfect for a large group, the snug is great for the kids. As we skied in March, we were able to sit outside in the garden on a sunny evening. We used the bus to get home from the ski lift as the smaller children were tired. The ski area was great and we all loved our week here. The chalet was perfect for three families and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"We enjoyed your house very much. We were two families, a group of 10 people. We all had our own rooms, bathrooms and privacy, as well the lovely and comfortable living and dining room. Several times we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. We even used the gas barbecue. The sunny valley and the views are marvellous and the weather was exceptional, blue sky for six days. Every member of the group was enthusiastic, so we would like to make a reservation for next year please!"

"Chalet delightful: spacious public area – kitchen / dining / living with balcony big enough to use for relaxing and even eating with nice views and sunlight (excellent heating and insulation throughout the chalet for when you’d rather be inside). Chalet has obviously been refurbished very recently and was in immaculate condition. Kitchen is equipped to a very high standard (much better range and quality of appliances and kit than normal in a rented place including satellite tv). Good storage for skis and boards and a residents’ swimming pool and sauna a couple of minutes walk away. Parking directly outside the chalet door."

"Brilliant location and chalet. We only had one week and didn’t appreciate the full potential Samoens has to offer for walks and biking until we arrived! Recommend hiring full suspension mountain bikes but be wary of a lack of trail/route markers. Never eaten so much cheese and great food in town. Le bout du Monde at the end of the valley and the route up to the chalet/refuges is an absolute must!"

Our daughter Georgia truly loved staying in the chalet and is still talking about how much she misses it. "Our group of two couples and a 10month old little boy had the most wonderful time at Chalet Valerie! Cracking apartment in a great location in the charming town of Samoens. Previous experiences when self-catering have been things like blunt knives and non-stick pans that are no longer non-stick! But everything we could have needed was sharp! Wonderfully equipped from the Kitchen to Bathrooms. Checking in with Tim (resort manager) was easy and full of useful local knowledge for those who don’t know the town. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Chalet Valerie again on our return to Samoens. Thanks for your help with booking everything."

"A huge thanks to the Alps Accommodation team, especially Barbs who was so helpful throughout our stay. The highlights for us were undoubtedly the excellent and prompt service from all of you at Alps Accommodation. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, the sign of a company that takes customer service seriously. The welcome hamper, prompt message about where to find keys all helped us to settle in quickly. The chalet itself was superb – well equipped and designed kitchen, with two cookers and fridges made meal preparation a pleasure not a chore. Really comfy beds, power showers, and good towels and linens were appreciated, and the Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch. We loved the table tennis table which my lads used continually, and the excellent tv, dvd and playstation were well used (although not at the expense of skiing!). Finally, the fact that you got a Christmas tree put up, and provided the fabulous hot tub which we all used daily gave us as my sister-in-law put it 'undoubtedly the best Christmas I’ve ever had’. The village and chalet itself provided a brilliant holiday. Thanks again, and we look forward to holidaying again with you soon."

"Chalet Chamoissiere was a lovely stand alone chalet, very comfortable beds. Suberb bathrooms and plentiful hot water. The living space was a pleasure and the downstairs playroom was an extra bonus. We used Mountain Kitchen during our stay as a full catering service and cannot fault Petra who cooked to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a superb holiday. Your team were very professional and thorough, and I have nothing but praise for the way they handled the introduction etc. I must admit to having some reservations after I booked it about the location (it being not actually in the village), however it proved to be absolutely excellent with the queue free lift, great snow and the opening of La Reposette which was the icing on the cake. It’s a great bar, the food was top notch and a very memorable New Year was had there."

"We loved the apartment throughout. What a fantastic location with wonderful views. The slopes, ski school, hire shop, pub, patisserie and supermarket only being a stones throw away made life so easy for us with small children. The apartment itself was very clean, and far better equipped than any we've had before. The kitchen facilities and equipment were perfect for self-catering for a large group, and the entertainment equipment just wonderful. eg. Wii with games, DVDs, boardgames and toys. The Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch too."

"The house was more than big enough to house our 12 membered family, including the 4 small kids. All rooms had perfect and modern bathrooms, 3 of them even have a bathtub! There were lots of games, books and outdoorsy activities in order to entertain the little ones. Like a few sleds, a nice garden to play and for emergencies a TV with loads of movies. Best feature is the fireplace, as well as the nice open kitchen and the huge dining table (and floor heating!). We were blessed with half a meter of snow on 1st Christmas Day, which made the stay even more picturesque. Especially when you get to have an outside lunch in the sun on the huge balcony with a breathtaking view. In less than 10 minutes by car we were in the centre of Samoëns, and at the ski-lift. The information provided was really helpful and saved us a few hours and a lot of struggles. The best part was the heated ski locker on top of the mountain, which made the commute there and back really easy. The village is cozy and has all you need, including great wines and some good bakeries. All in all a perfect place to have a relaxing holiday!"
