It is in an ideal location for access to the village and ski bus and I would happily recommend it as a base for skiing in the Grand massif area. Alps Accommodation have always been very reliable and easy to contact, and I would have no hesitation booking with them in the future."

"Our seventh visit to Samoens with Alps Accommodation – another fantastic week – our first at Chalet Biollet. We enjoyed not having to queue for the lifts and the quiet pistes. "We had a great week in the 18 person Deux Coeurs and Petit Coeur chalets. Both chalets are pleasant, easy to live in (ski locker, ski boot cupboard in Deux Cœurs, 2 lounge areas in Deux Cœurs, large cooker in Deux Cœurs) and of good quality. The chalets are very close to a shuttle bus stop, which provides access to both the GME and the Vercland lift. Very practical, even with ski boots on, it is very easy to get there. The centre of Samoens is less than 10 minutes away on foot, and you can find everything you need: bakery, butcher's shop, grocery shops, ski equipment rental. The owner and the couple who run the chalets are always available and responsive when we have questions. We recommend these two chalets."

Maison Deux Coeurs impressed too - the kitchen is well stocked and the big table adjacent makes for a great cooking/eating space. We loved the hot-tub - after a busy day on the snow it was a real treat. Walking into town was easy. Samoens is a little gem and we hope that not too many people discover it."

"Having moved our holiday twice due to covid postponements, I couldn't speak more highly of the Alps Accommodation team... so helpful, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Booking is so easy, the information provided before arrival, including local discounts was very helpful and much appreciated. We really loved The Mazot, it worked perfectly for our stay. It's in such a great location with everything easily accessible by foot. The chalet is very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend it to friends... in fact we have family staying at The Mazot next week who recommended it to us in the first place!"

"Ferme St Christophe is the most incredible place I have ever stayed. We were there as a large group of 15 for a week and there was plenty of space for all of us. The chalet has been renovated to impeccable standards with no detail overlooked. The spa and sauna were used every day, and we really appreciated the close proximity to the ski lift, only a short drive away. We were very sad to leave and hope to come back soon."

The chalet was spacious, comfortable and very cosy with the big roaring fires lit each evening. The sauna and hot tub were well used and it was also lovely to sit in the gardens in the sunshine at the end of the day. "Our very first trip to Samoens and Chalet L'Orlaya. We have absolutely loved it. We have a mix of abilities in the group for skiing, including 2 teenage girls so I was worried how it would work out, but it has been perfect. Ski school with Zig Zag was brilliant, and the runs here suit all abilities. I loved the green marvel run! Perfectly equipped chalet, love all the decor and furnishings, fab kitchen, we have done a mix of eating out and in, chalet is 5 mins from some lovely restaurants and really lovely shops. Super comfy beds, great choice of films to watch and the view from the hot tub - WOW! We will be back - thank you so much."

"We've had a wonderful, relaxing 2 weeks stay at chalet Petit Coeur. The chalet is a true gem, very well equipped, and offers all the modern conveniences one could wish for. The generous welcome pack was a nice extra touch and made us feel at home right away. The beds are extremely comfortable. And on top of that, Petit Coeur is very cosy! Special note: we absolutely loved the beautiful fabrics used for the curtains and cushions! To sum it up, we are already making plans for the next visit! "The Chalet "Petit Coeur" is very welcoming, really comfortable for 4/5, very well decorated and arranged. It lacks nothing: the bedding and the accommodation are very pleasant...without forgetting Fiona and Lewis who, while discreet, were always available, helpful and, invaluable for any information. Very close to the city center on foot. I highly recommend! Very good stay in this difficult 2020 winter period! We will gladly come back!"

"Our second visit to Samoens and Chalet L’Orlaya and we love both so much that we have already booked to return in February 2022. The skiing has been fantastic for us, our 2 teenagers and our 4 year old’s first time on skis. The location of L’Orlaya suits us perfectly, so close to the ski bus and a short walk into the village with great amenities. Coming away from the pistes and looking forward to relaxing in your hot tub in these tranquil surrounds with amazing views of the mountains was always a great way to end the day. We found absolutely everything we needed in the apartment and more, so thank you very much and we look forward to our return visit."

"We have spent a wonderful week at Chalet L’Orlaya and have been blessed with fantastic sunny, dry weather. The chalet is superbly equipped and in a fantastic location with stunning views and an easy walk in to Samoens where there are shops, restaurants, bars and so many activities right on your doorstep. We particularly liked the Wednesday open air market and were able to buy fresh produce, and a visit to the botanical gardens is recommended. We visited Chamonix and went up the Aiguilles du Midi where there are views to Mont Blanc, glaciers, and for miles in all directions. Truly stunning! Samoens itself is interesting to walk around, has a lovely park, lakes, even a golf driving range in the lake itself and walks along the Giffre river in both directions. We intend returning and trying other outdoor activities such as rafting, canyoning, tandem paragliding, cycling (although probably hiring an electric bike for that!). But most of all we have loved hiking in glorious scenery, the autumn colours, friendliness of the people and being able to relax with a drink in the fabulous hot tub after a day exploring.
