"The property was everything we hoped for and more. It is fantastically located opposite the slopes and has everything you could wish for. We travelled as 4 adults and 6 children under 10 years of age. There was plenty to keep them occupied in the apartment, lots of board games and lots of giddy holes for endless games of hide and seek. The endless supply of hot water and hot radiators in the bathrooms were perfect and much needed after a day's skiing. Tom and Hayley were both so helpful in the office and went above and beyond to help make our stay an even more enjoyable one. Thank you so much."

"Chalet 75 is beautiful, well-equipped and furnished. We've had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the hot tub in particular was a favourite with our teenagers. Le chalet bénéficie de superbes vues sur les montagnes alentours, du balcon, et la situation du chalet dans le complexe est idéale, se trouvant tout au bout sur la rangée supérieure, et donc très calme. Le chalet est très bien équipé avec une cuisine toute neuve et des équipements de qualité, et pourvue de tout ce dont une grande famille pourrait avoir besoin. La piscine de la résidence est très propre et le personnel de réception très sympathique."

"Chalet Toubkal provides an excellent, stylish, clean home from home in the Alps. Ash and Mike gave us the initial tour of the property on our arrival and they kept in touch over our holiday to make sure we had everything we needed - We could not fault the service provided. We have stayed in many Chalets over the last few years but never received this level of service before. The chalet is in an excellent location with extensive views of the snow capped mountains from the balcony or the hot tub. It provided an excellent hub for our sons downhill mountain biking and our visits to the local towns and even further afield to Annecy and Chamonix. We hope to return one day."

"Perfect for a large group, the snug is great for the kids. As we visited in March, we were able to sit outside in the garden on a sunny evening. We used the bus to get home from the ski lift as the smaller children were tired. The ski area was great and we all loved our week here. Chalet Chamoissiere was perfect for three families and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"We very much enjoyed your house. We were a group of 10 people. We all had our own rooms, bathrooms and privacy, as well the lovely and comfortable living and dining room. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace several times, and even used the gas barbecue. The views of the sunny valley are marvellous and the weather was exceptional, blue sky for six days. Le chalet a clairement été rénové très récemment et se trouvait en parfaite condition. La cuisine est de qualité, (équipements et installations bien supérieurs à ce d’une location, et comprenant la télévision par satellite). Ample rangement pour les skis et surfs, et une piscine et sauna à 2 minutes de marche pour les résidants. Parking juste devant le chalet."

"Brilliant location and chalet. We only had one week and didn’t appreciate the full potential Samoens has to offer for walks and biking until we arrived! Recommend hiring full suspension mountain bikes but be wary of a lack of trail/route markers. Never eaten so much cheese and great food in town. Le bout du Monde at the end of the valley and the route up to the chalet/refuges is an absolute must!"

Previous experiences when self-catering have been things like blunt knives and non-stick pans that are no longer non-stick! But everything we could have needed was sharp! Wonderfully equipped from the Kitchen to Bathrooms. Checking in with Tim (resort manager) was easy and full of useful local knowledge for those who don’t know the town. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Chalet Valerie again on our return to Samoens. Thanks for your help with booking everything."

"A huge thanks to the Alps Accommodation team, especially Barbs who was so helpful throughout our stay. The highlights for us were undoubtedly the excellent and prompt service from all of you at Alps Accommodation. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, the sign of a company that takes customer service seriously. The welcome hamper, prompt message about where to find keys all helped us to settle in quickly. The chalet itself was superb – well equipped and designed kitchen, with two cookers and fridges made meal preparation a pleasure not a chore. Really comfy beds, power showers, and good towels and linens were appreciated, and the Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch. We loved the table tennis table which my lads used continually, and the excellent tv, dvd and playstation were well used (although not at the expense of skiing!). Finally, the fact that you got a Christmas tree put up, and provided the fabulous hot tub which we all used daily gave us as my sister-in-law put it 'undoubtedly the best Christmas I’ve ever had’. The village and chalet itself provided a brilliant holiday. Thanks again, and we look forward to holidaying again with you soon."

"Chalet Chamoissiere was a lovely stand alone chalet, very comfortable beds. Suberb bathrooms and plentiful hot water. The living space was a pleasure and the downstairs playroom was an extra bonus. We used Mountain Kitchen during our stay as a full catering service and cannot fault Petra who cooked to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a superb holiday.
