Villa Monette A19 is a 2/3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated in an ideal location in between the ski lift and village centre. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this modern and central apartment offers comfortable accommodation and exceptional convenience. It is the ideal location for your perfect ski or summer holiday.

Less than 500 metres or a 5 minute walk away is the main Grand Massif Express ski lift.  If you chose to use one of our partner rental shops, ski equipment storage is available at the top or bottom of the ski lift. Or if you prefer, in the winter months catch the free and regular ski bus which stops immediately opposite the building and takes only 1 minute! Villa Monette A19 is the perfect base for all of your mountain activities, winter and summer. It’s just a short walk to the lakes and river which are nearby to the outdoor swimming pool and sports centre. The apartment’s central location is a mere 1 minute stroll away from Samoëns’ historic town square with its many cafes, shops and restaurants.

This apartment is decorated and furnished in a modern alpine style, with locally sourced furnishings. Located on the third floor, Villa Monette A19 is accessed via a lift and its elevated position affords lovely views of the surrounding mountains from its private south-facing balcony. In addition to a private and secure underground parking space, there is a ski locker available for guests’ use. Located in the basement, this may also be used in the warmer months to store bikes. Both the garage and ski locker can be accessed via the lift.

Villa Monette A19 is a 2/3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stylish and modern apartment. Arranged over 2 floors and offering 73m2 of fabulous accommodation, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Enter the apartment from its quiet third floor corner location which is serviced by a lift and you immediately feel at home in the mountains. The first floor consists of an open plan loft style living, dining and kitchen area from which double doors lead onto a south-facing balcony affording wonderful mountain views across to the ski domain in the distance. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob and combination oven/microwave, as well as some essential Savoyard extras such as a fondue set. Enjoy your meals at the beautiful, solid wood dining table which seats up to 8 comfortably. There is also a small table and chairs on the balcony should you wish to dine ‘al fresco’ style in the warmer months. The lounge room is fitted with a 42"/107cm flat screen TV with UK satellite, a Wii games console and a DVD player. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout and a selection of games and DVDs have also been provided for your entertainment.  The first of the bedrooms, a king size bedroom, and a family bathroom with washing machine are located on the entrance level, leading from the hallway.

Upstairs in the mezzanine area in the eaves of the property, there is an additional TV for playstation games and DVD viewing. This room can be made up as a further bedroom for flexible sleeping arrangements and gives access to the second main bedroom, a twin with ensuite shower and WC.  Please note that the upper bedrooms have partially limited head height.

In addition to its own secure underground parking space, there is ample parking available in the above ground public car park by the building’s entrance. Guests at Villa Monette A19 also benefit from a private and secure ski locker, which is large enough to store bikes in the warmer months. Located in the basement, the locker is serviced by the lift. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an onsite supermarket; a Sherpa supermarket is located just downstairs.

Should you require them, a cot and high chair and also stair gate can be provided in this apartment. Flexible catering arrangements can also be made so please ask at the time of booking for more information.

On the first floor there is a wonderfully bright bedroom with king size bed. There is plenty of room to unpack in this room with double built-in wardrobe and under bed storage space.  Wtih part of the ceiling sloping into double height, it provides a light and airy feel.  Located opposite in the hall is the family bathroom. This bathroom is fitted with a bath with integrated shower, heated towel rail, a large vanity unit with washbasin and washing machine. For your convenience there is a separate WC with sink in the entrance hall.

Off the living area are stairs leading up to your own self contained suite in the eaves. Here there is a twin bedroom with ensuite consisting of a shower, wc, heated towel rail, and vanity unit with single basin. This bedroom is accessed via the mezzanine area which is equipped with its own TV with Playstation 3. The mezzanine also has a ‘gigogne’ sofa bed and can be made up as an additional walk-through 3rd bedroom for one or two people. For larger groups there is a further sofa bed in the lounge, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people.

All of the rooms in Villa Monette A19 are equipped and decorated to a high standard with a mix of Savoyard locally sourced furnishings.  This offers guests great comfort in the mountains, with a truly cosy alpine feel.

Villa Monette A19 has a south-facing balcony which looks down the valley and provides an excellent view point for the beautiful alpine sunsets. The balcony is also equipped with a table and chairs for outside dining in the warmer months. A private ski locker, which can also be used to store bikes, is also available for guests’ use. The locker is large enough for 2-3 bikes if stored upright (1m deep x 73cm wide). An ideal addition for the warmer months!

Villa Monette A19 is ideally located right in the heart of Samoëns, offering guests exceptional convenience for their year-round mountain holidays. 

The apartment is less than 500m or a 5-minute, flat walk from the main Grand Massif Express lift. Or if you prefer, jump on the free and regular ski bus that stops straight across the road from the apartment complex – it takes just 1 minute! Samoëns’ newly built, 600m2 ice skating complex is also only a 5-minute, flat walk away.

In the summer months, a number of hiking and mountain bike trails can be accessed within minutes of the apartment, and the beautiful Bois Aux Dames lakes and leisure complex are also only minutes away. Throughout July and August, the Grand Massif Express lift is open for guests to enjoy even more mountain fun. Take a hike up to the summit, or on certain days catch the Chariande Express chairlift. Or test your skills on the adventurous downhill mountain bike trails.

Samoëns’ bustling village centre is a mere 200m from the apartment. Enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants, our beautiful botanical gardens and the medieval square with its stunning church that still features original 13th and 15th century stonework. Just downstairs from the apartment you will find a small supermarket, which also sells fresh bread and croissants. Villa Monette A19 truly is the epitome of holiday convenience.

We had a great stay in Villa Monette A19 - the apartment was exactly like the pictures, maybe even a bit more spacious than they suggest. Fantastic location with the supermarket below, being opposite the ski bus stop and close to the town centre. Your website is very informative and provides great local info about restaurants, ski hire, transfers and lessons etc. It made organising everything very easy. Great selection of properties as well - we will definitely book with Alps Accommodation again if we come back to Samoens.
