Pas au Loup A10 is an exclusive chalet style apartment sleeping 6/9 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Located in one of the most sought after locations in Samoens, it is opposite the Grand Massif Express lift, which operates during winter and during July and August.  The residence is approximately 500m/5 minutes flat walk to the centre of the beautiful resort, with numerous shops, bars and restaurants available. Opposite there is a small row of shops that includes a bakery, pizzeria and sports shop. This offers the perfect location for both summer and winter breaks, with the lakes, adventure park and swimming pools (open during the summer) just 250m away.

This spacious first floor apartment is split over two levels with wonderful living spaces for families and groups to enjoy.  On the entrance level is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with double French doors leading out to a sunny south and west facing balcony, enjoying the afternoon and evening sun.  On the upper floor is a further living space, a large lounge with deep comfortable sofas and a further balcony to take in the stunning views from the apartments elevated position.

Pas au Loup A10 has a private closed garage with parking for a small car, or alternatively for bike and equipment storage.  Further parking spaces are available to the exterior, plus a further car park is located 50m away. A private ski locker is also available.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Saturday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.

Pas au Loup A10 is arranged over 2 floors, totalling an impressive 76m2 of accommodation.  There is also plenty of additional floor and storage space under the height of 1.8m, giving the apartment an extremely spacious feel.  The apartment sleeps to 9 people, across modern split level living, with the added benefit of having 2 living areas. On the entrance level there is generous size entrance hall leading to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.  This bright area has a large dining table and also a 2 seater sofa, so a nice space to relax around meal times.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with ample work space, a full size oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Double large glass doors lead onto the long balcony equipped with table and chairs and a BBQ.  2 of the bedrooms are situated on the entrance level, leading off the living space.  One a double bedroom and the other a twin bedroom.  There is also a family bathroom off the hallway, with full size bath and integrated shower, wc, sink and washing machine.

Take the stairs up to the second living space which is a bright and extremely spacious loft style lounge area.  There is ample seating, including a double sofa bed and 2 further deep comfy sofas, so plenty of space for all the group to have  comfy seat.  The French doors lead to the second balcony complete with 2 deck chairs, where you can relax in the sun, or watch the glorious sun set along the valley.  There is a large flat screen TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, DVD player, DVD's, Playstation 4, and second TV in a cosy snug corner, with plenty of games. Leading off the lounge is the third bedroom a super king size/twin bedroom with a further pull out single bed.  Next to the bedroom is a contemporary shower room, newly fitted in 2017 with corner shower, vanity sink and wc.  The clever arrangement of the apartment, makes it perfect for 1 - 2 families, or small groups to enjoy.  There are stunning, uninterrupted views from each level over the extensive apartment grounds and to the mountains beyond.

On the entrance level, just off the lower living area are 2 of the individually styled bedrooms. One is a double overlooking the grounds and offering mountain views.  Generous storage is offered in the wardrobe and under the bed drawers.  The 2nd bedroom is a twin cabin style bedroom, with chest of drawers and ample hooks.  Up the stairs on the first level is the 3rd bedroom which is an extremely spacious loft style bedroom.  Enjoy the super king size bed, offering a great level of comfort, or with prior notice the bed can be split and made as a twin bedroom.  There is also the use of a further single pull out bed, should this bedroom be required as a triple.  Light floods in through the large velux, giving it a bright and airy feel.  Just next to his bedroom is the living area, which has a double sofa bed if required.  This level also benefits from a shower room with sink and wc.  Each of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with a mix of modern and locally sourced furnishings.  The apartment offers a great space for 1 or 2 families, as one can be located on each level, or is flexible for small groups up to 9 people.

The apartment is located on the first and second floors of the residence.

Leading off the dining area is a large sunny westerly facing balcony stretching the entire length of the apartment, with plenty of outside dining furniture and a BBQ in summer. Another balcony leads off the upper living area with 2 deck chairs, providing the perfect view of the amazing sunsets, or ideal for catching the afternoon sun.

Around the building are extensive communal lawned grounds, available for everyone to use.  The balcony looks over the grounds, so you can relax on the balcony while the kids play below building snowmen or playing ball games.

The accommodation has its own secure underground parking spaces and ski lockers/equipment storage.

The Pas a Loup residence in Samoëns is ideally located within close proximity of just about all of the resort’s facilities, making it the perfect year-round holiday destination.

Situated directly opposite the Grand Massif Express lift, at apartment A10 you could not be better located to make the most of both your winter and summer holidays. Literally cross the road from your accommodation and walk 2-minutes to the Grand Massif Express lift, which provides access to our impressive skiing domain. The Grand Massif Express is also open throughout July and August, allowing access to a number of hiking trails and the downhill mountain biking terrain during the height of summer.

An easy 5-minute walk along a straight, flat road takes you into the village itself. Pop into one of the many shops, bars or restaurants, stroll through the beautiful botanical gardens, or admire the picturesque medieval square with its stunning church, ancient buildings and bustling Wednesday morning market.

The newly built ice skating rink is also a mere 5-minute walk away, offering guests another favourite winter pastime. Samoëns’ tourist office and crèche are also located within easy walking distance of the apartment.

A flat, 2-minute walk from the apartment is the beautiful Bois Aux Dames lakes and leisure facility. In winter, this is where you will find a number of cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing trails. In the warmer months the village swimming pools open. Or make the most of the weather and enjoy the tennis courts, golf driving range, archery, horse riding and more!
