You enter Jardin Alpin B11 into the wonderfully bright and spacious open plan upper level, consisting of living, dining and kitchen areas. A series of south facing windows, and glass door giving access to the balcony, allow light to flood in while simultaneously offering staggering views over the spacious balcony towards forests and mountains beyond. Two armchairs, set in a quiet corner, offer a great place to relax with one of a selection of books provided in the apartment.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, washing machine, coffee machine, fondue kit, and a great selection of crockery and cooking equipment, with plenty of work space to create the perfect meal. Also in the kitchen area is a breakfast bar with 3 stools providing a perfect place to grab a morning coffee with glimpses of distant peaks framed perfectly in a nearby window.

The large wooden dining table offers comfortable seating for up to 10 people.

Jardin Alpin B11 offers 4 bedrooms, all of which are located on the lower floor of this split level apartment. All rooms are equipped with bed side tables, while ample storage is provided by a combination of wardrobes and storage units.

Bedroom one is a spacious ensuite master bedroom with king size bed (or twin arrangement, on request) and fabulous views over the snowy pistes below. The ensuite bathroom consists of a bath with integrated shower, vanity unit with hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom two is a bright double bedroom which again benefits from the apartments elevated position to provide great piste views. Good storage is provided by under-bed drawers, and a large wooden wardrobe. Bedroom three is the first twin bedroom and contains a flat screen TV. Bedroom four, the second twin bedroom, is located directly opposite bedroom three and offers a unique glimpse of the beautiful alpine landscape to the north of the apartment. A large built in wardrobe provides excellent storage.

A family bathroom located on the same lower floor, consisting of a bath and integrated shower, vanity unit with hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a separate WC.

A comfortable sofa bed is found in the living area of the upper floor, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 10 guests.

The apartment forms part of a beautifully constructed development with timber cladding, and hand-crafted details in the local Savoyard style. Perched high above the swooping pistes below, the spacious 13m2 south facing balcony makes the most of the property's elevated position offering fantastic views of forests, peaks, pistes, and walking/biking trails which lead from the village. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, allowing for outside dining, while deck chairs make it the perfect place for sunbathing, with a glass of wine in hand of course!

The apartment has a private underground parking space and a ski locker (which requires you to bring a padlock). The car park and main entrance can be accessed from the apartment by a lift. There is plenty of extra free public parking just a couple of minutes away.
