Cleverly designed across two floors, the apartment sleeps up to 8 guests in 85m2 of tastefully decorated accommodation. Access to the second-floor apartment is via a lift or two flights of stairs.
As you enter the apartment, you immediately feel the sense of space created by the open-plan design of the living, kitchen and dining areas directly opposite you. Light comes in through double glassed doors, the room’s bright and airy feel further enhanced by the tall ceilings of the living room space.
The entrance hallway itself provides guests with ample room for storage with its large built-in wardrobe. There is a separate WC to the left of the front door and the first of 3 bedrooms immediately on the right. This room is an ensuite double (140cm x 190cm). The two remaining bedrooms, both twin singles, are situated upstairs. They share a large bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC. The second floor is a completely private space for the 4 guests accommodated upstairs.
Straight ahead and through into the open-plan area is a fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner, ceramic hob, multi-function convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and filter coffee machine. The kitchen is designed to take up the entire length of the left side of this room, and as such provides ample preparation space for the budding chef on a long kitchen worktop. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, and also a good selection of pots and pans, as well as ceramic and Pyrex baking dishes.
Sit and enjoy your meals at the solid wooden dining table with matching bench seats, while you look upon the pistes of Vercland across the valley. Through the double glassed doors is your balcony, where a second outdoor dining setting with seating for six is installed. Here, you can enjoy better views of the pistes and also Pic de Marcelly down the valley. There are also two deck chairs on the balcony, where you sit back, relax and soak up the alpine atmosphere in the warmer months.
The apartment’s living room is a very comfortable space. The large, corner settee is also a double sofa bed. An additional armchair of soft tartan upholstery provides further seating, and there are also 2 small, fur-trimmed, wooden stools. All furnishings are of the highest quality and their classic alpine design really adds to the cosy, mountain feel of the living space. Wi-Fi is of course available throughout the apartment and there is also a large LCD television with Satellite, DVD player and Bose stereo with CD player.
The apartment is also fitted with a combination washer/dryer for your convenience. This is located upstairs in the second bathroom. In the basement level of the apartment complex is a large underground car park where guests can make use of 2 private spaces. There is also further above ground parking. Your private ski locker, as well as a large, communal bike store is also located in the basement. The basement level is also serviced by the lift.
