Ecrins C9 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which accommodates 4 guests in 50m2 of absolute alpine luxury. The apartment is situated in the prestigious MGM development, Ecrins Etoilés, a prime location in the heart of Samoëns village. Set back from the road in large private grounds, Ecrins C9 offers guests a peaceful, yet central location for their year round holidays.

A 50m walk away is Samoëns’ historic main square with its many shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. There is a ski bus stop 150m away with a free and regular buse taking only 2 minutes to reach the Grand Massif Express ski lift. During peak holiday time there is a further service, the "Septi train" which also transports passengers to and from the lift and is just 50m from the apartment. Alternatively, the Grand Massif Express Gondola is an easy 10 minute walk, and if you chose to use one of our partner rental shops, ski equipment storage is available at the top or bottom of the ski lift.

The apartment provides private parking in an allocated private space in the secure underground garage. Further above ground parking is also available.  Guests can also make use of a private and secure ski locker. Both the garage and ski locker are serviced by a lift.

Ecrins 9C is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated on the 1st floor of Le Criou, building C of the Ecrins Etoilés complex. This warm and inviting apartment, which is accessed via a lift, sleeps up to 4 guests in 50m2 of total luxury. The owner’s care and attention to detail is seen all throughout this quaint alpine space. It is fitted with only high quality Savoyard furnishings, and many tiny local touches, such as the hand carved wooden love hearts, really add to its charm.  

As you enter the apartment from its quiet first floor entrance there is a small area for hanging coats. There is further storage in the built-in wardrobe just down the hall where you will also find a security safe for your valuable items. The hall opens out onto a lovely open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Relax in the large, plush couch or armchair of this warm and inviting space. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV (French TV), DVD player, CD player, games, Playstation 3, and iPod connection. There is also free Wi-Fi access throughout.

The kitchen offers excellent facilities such as a large fridge with small freezer compartment, ceramic hob, and full size oven. Extras include a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules provided. There is also a traditional fondue and raclette set for lovers of cheese who wish to try their hand at some local cuisine. The wooden dining table seats 4 comfortably, and a small setting on the apartment’s south-facing balcony means you can also enjoy al fresco dining in the summer months. A deck chair is also provided to enjoy this sunny outdoor space.

The bedrooms with their beautiful locally made linens, offer plenty of space to unpack. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

The bedrooms have been beautifully decorated with high quality local Savoyard linens and furnishings. The master king bedroom has an ensuite shower room fitted with a vanity unit where you can unpack all of your toiletries. The twin bedroom has a spacious ensuite shower room where you will find your combination washing and drying machine. The twin room also has a second TV with DVD player. The bedrooms share a separate WC, which is located in the entrance hall for your convenience.



Ecrins Etoilés is set in private grounds and as such affords peace and tranquility to guests. Leading off the lounge of Ecrins 9C is a beautifully furnished south and west facing balcony. Here you can enjoy views across the grounds and the stunning mountains in the distance.  Children can play in the garden below, which can be seen from the balcony of the apartment.

The apartment has its own secure private underground parking space, and there is also a small above ground car park should you require additional parking. Guests also benefit from a private and secure ski and equipment locker.

Ecrins 9C is ideally located. Offering great convenience to guests and yet peaceful in its surrounds, this apartment is the ideal destination for your year-round holidays to the Alps.

Ecrins 9C is only 50m from Samoëns’ village centre, with its many shops, bars, restaurants, the beautiful botanical gardens, and picturesque medieval town square. Here, you can admire the stunning church that features original 13th and 15th century stonework, or wander around the bustling Wednesday morning market.

In the winter, it will take only 10-minutes to walk from the apartment to the main Grand Massif Express lift, which allows access to our impressive skiing domain. Alternatively, jump on the free and regular ski bus that leaves from the stop just 150m away and will have you to the lifts in 2-minutes. Or for a novel experience, catch the Septi-train to the lift which leaves from only 50m away, just off the main square. Another favourite winter activity is ice-skating and Samoëns’ newly built 600m2 ice skating complex is little more than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

In the summer, a number of great alpine walking and mountain bike trails can be accessed within minutes of the apartment. And road cyclists can attempt the famous Col de Joux Plane climb, which starts just through the square, on the other side of the village. The Grand Massif Express lift also operates throughout July and August, allowing guests easy access to the higher mountain trails and downhill mountain biking terrain.
