Chalet Alpage is a superb ski in ski out 4/5 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet apartment sleeping 8/10 people. This 82m2 (6.3m2 restricted height) alpine property is a duplex split over 2 levels offering spacious and stylish living with a beautiful log fire, deep comfortable leather sofas and stunning views from the sunny balcony. Situated in the resort of Morillon 1100 Les Esserts in the prestigious Refuge D'Alpage MGM development, it is located in an enviable position on the edge of the piste, offering ski in ski out facilities directly to the building. The chalet provides direct access to the Grand Massif ski area, including Samoens, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt. The ski locker opens directly onto the famous Marvel green ski run.

The apartment provides an excellent base for families as well as groups, with the ski lifts and summer lift just 200m away and open in summer as well as winter. The centre of the car free resort, just 2 mins walk, offers excellent facilities for skiers and non-skiers, with several shops, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, bakery, ski and equipment hire shops and nursery within a few minutes’ walk.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Sunday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.

Located on the edge of a luxury development, Chalet Alpage has its own independent entrance giving access to this delightful property spread over 2 floors.  The chalet style split level apartment offers 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine area for further sleeping.

On entering the property, attention is immediately drawn towards the impressive stone and rustic wood fireplace which takes centre stage in the vast open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Positioned in front of the warming log fire is a huge deep leather corner sofa, meaning cosy nights in are a must.  A flat screen TV with UK Satellite TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs, board games and books provide entertainment for the whole family. In the well equipped kitchen, guests will find a ceramic 4 ring hob, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave, while the dining area offers comfortable seating for large groups. Light floods in through double French doors which lead to a large balcony offering breathtaking views of the skiers and walkers and the uninterrupted views of the mountains beyond.

Chalet Alpage has its own private ski lockers directly at the edge of the piste.  Communal parking can be found opposite the apartment, or a further larger car park is located at the edge of the development.  The apartment benefits from a loading/unloading bay outside to assist guests with bringing their luggage to and from the property.

On the entrance level is a twin bedroom and family bathroom with a separate WC. The master bedroom with king size bed, leads off the lounge and offers lovely views of the pistes, forest and streams. It has an en suite with shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to the eaves, where there are a further 2 twin bedrooms with ample storage space and the mezzanine with a sofabed. On this level there is also a family bathroom, with bath, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

A group size of 10 must include some children. If just adults the maximum group size is 9.

Chalet Alpage is positioned at the edge of a prestigious MGM development and benefits from it's own private entrance. The property's ski in, ski out position on the edge of the superb pistes of Morillon 1100 can be appreciated from a spacious 8m2 south facing balcony, accessed from the living area through large French windows. From this sunny balcony, enjoy stunning views over snowy pistes and summer hiking/biking trails, with majestic peaks and ridges beyond. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs so grab a glass of wine and enjoy the pink glow of another perfect alpine sunset.

A heated ski and boot room with a private ski locker is provided and offers guests the convenience of direct access to the pistes.

Chalet Alpage, which is situated in a residence within the car-free centre of Morillon 1100 Les Esserts is an ideal winter or summer holiday destination.

It’s enviable ski-in/ski-out position makes Chalet Alpage an absolute dream location during winter. As well as giving you direct access to the pistes, the chalet is only a short stroll away from bars, restaurants, bakery, a small supermarket, and other shops.

Chalet Alpage also provides a great base for hiking and mountain biking during the summer months. The chair lift nearest the chalet is open throughout July and August, allowing quick and easy access to the mountain trails during the height of summer. Many walking and biking trails can of course be accessed directly from the apartment, without any need to take the lifts.

The main village of Morillon with its many other amenities, and also Lac Bleu leisure park is just a short drive down the mountain from Les Esserts. For further information about all that Morillon has to offer, please see our resort information page.
