New to the market, La Closerie and Le Petit Chalet are two neighbouring properties set within the same beautifully landscaped grounds, enjoying a peaceful and scenic location just 100m from the centre of Samoëns village.

La Closerie (sleeps 10) is a superbly restored Savoyard farmhouse that blends authentic Alpine character with modern comfort and practicality. Just a few metres away, Le Petit Chalet (sleeps 2/4) is a charming, contemporary chalet built in a traditional wooden style. Together, the two properties can accommodate up to 14 guests, offering exceptional flexibility for extended families or groups travelling together.

Spanning three levels and 160m² of generous living space, the traditional five-bedroom farmhouse showcases beautiful stone and timber detailing throughout. Guests will enjoy a welcoming lounge with a two-sided fireplace separating it from a cosy library/reading nook, a second living area, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a range cooker, and a thoughtful blend of modern and antique furnishings. The dining area comfortably seats up to 14 guests.

La Closerie also offers several outdoor areas: a covered dining terrace, a south-facing balcony, a picturesque east-facing terrace, and a sun-drenched garden with established fruit trees.

Le Petit Chalet, a modern wooden chalet built in a traditional style, boasts a spacious open-plan layout covering approximately 55m2, double-height ceilings, a mezzanine bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it an entirely self-contained property.

A private carport provides parking for two cars and an EV charger. Further private off-street parking is available for one additional car.

For smaller groups, La Closerie can be booked independently.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to feature in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Sunday changeover day, however in low season and for last-minute bookings, flexible arrival days and lengths of stay may be available. Please contact us for more information.

Stepping into La Closerie, you’re greeted by a spacious cloakroom equipped with a sink and excellent storage, ideal for organising coats, boots, and outdoor gear. From here, a hallway brings you into the impressive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, spread across a wonderfully light and expansive space.

The main lounge features a deep, inviting sofa and additional seating arranged around a wood-burning stove, with large windows framing views across the valley. On the opposite side of the shared fireplace, the dedicated library and reading nook - complete with a generous collection of books - offers a warm, intimate spot to relax.

Continuing on, the dining area opens naturally from the lounge and centres around a long wooden table accommodating up to 14 people. It’s a superb setting for memorable meals, whether it’s a cosy winter raclette or a summer gathering.

The kitchen is another standout feature. Beautifully designed and exceptionally functional, it boasts a substantial central island, extensive counter space, and premium appliances such as a six-ring range cooker, an American-style fridge freezer, and a deluxe Delonghi coffee machine. A large pantry ensures ample storage, making meal preparation for bigger groups straightforward and enjoyable.

Downstairs, a second lounge/TV room offers an ideal hideaway for children, teens, or anyone wanting to settle in for a movie. A generous sofa and television make it a dedicated entertainment hub.

This lower floor also includes a convenient utility area equipped with a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Bedroom 4 is thoughtfully furnished with a desk, monitor, and printer, making it an excellent workspace for guests needing to work remotely.

You enter Le Petit Chalet into a bright and spacious open-plan space hosting the living area, dining area, and kitchen. In the living area, a sofa is positioned between a TV and large windows offering wonderful views.

The dining area can seat up to 4 comfortably, with a raclette machine provided for those wishing to indulge in local cuisine!

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

A washing machine and a separate dryer are also available.

Wi-Fi is available in La Closerie, but not in Le Petit Chalet.

La Closerie and Le Petit Chalet offer 6 beautifully presented bedrooms arranged over three levels, each with its own charm and character, and dressed with crisp white, high-quality linen.

La Closerie offers 5 bedrooms, with three housed on the lower level. Bedroom 1 is a welcoming ensuite room featuring a king-size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), direct access to the gardens, and storage provided by a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator, and WC.

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, a desk ideal for anyone needing to work, and a wardrobe providing generous storage. Its south-facing window fills the space with natural light and frames views over the village towards the ski area.

Bedroom 3 also includes a double bed, with storage supplied by a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Attractive exposed stonework and wood create a wonderfully traditional atmosphere in this room.

Located on the middle level, Bedroom 4 contains a single bed with an additional pull-out bed, allowing the room to accommodate 2 guests comfortably. A desk, chair, monitor, and printer are also provided, making this space suitable for use as an office. Finally, a bathroom on this level contains a shower, vanity unit, sink, and WC.

On the upper floor you’ll find Bedroom 5, the impressive master bedroom. A luxurious king-size bed, expansive wardrobe, and dressing table ensure a very comfortable stay. The bathroom opposite features a bath, large walk-in shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator, and WC.

In La Petit Chalet you will find bedroom 6 on the mezzanine level overlooking the living and dining area. Enjoy a luxurious super king-size bed, or single beds (on request), with a chest of drawers providing storage.

Please note that the stairs to the mezzanine are steep (as seen in the photos).

On the ground floor of La Petit Chalet, the living room can sleep an additional 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed.

Also on the ground floor, a family bathroom offers a shower, sink, towel radiator and WC.

One of La Closerie’s standout features is its generous outdoor space, thoughtfully arranged to take full advantage of its elevated setting and long hours of sunshine.

The covered dining terrace is a particular highlight, providing a sheltered outdoor eating area with a large table and magnificent views across the valley. Protected from the wind, it’s ideal for al fresco meals throughout spring, summer, and autumn. A high-quality gas hot plate is also provided.

A south-facing balcony runs the width of the main level, offering a superb viewpoint over Samoëns and capturing both sunrise and sunset.

The large private garden is perfect for families, with plenty of room to relax or play. A mix of sun-drenched and shaded spots ensures flexibility at any time of day.

An east-facing terrace - accessible from the second living area/TV room - includes a small table and chairs, along with wonderful views of the impressive peaks surrounding Sixt.

A parasol, 6 deckchairs and 2 sun loungers are available.

A cloakroom offers excellent storage for outdoor clothing and equipment such as skis.

To the front of Le Petit Chalet, a sunny terrace offers wonderful views over the village and surrounding mountains, and equipped with a table and 4 chairs, it's the perfect quiet corner to enjoy a book or a glass of wine. To the rear, a lawn is the perfect place to play or relax with even more incredible views from its elevated position.

Private parking is available for up to three cars, including two covered carport spaces equipped with an EV charger.

La Closerie and Le Petit Chalet occupy an exceptional position in the heart of historic Samoëns. In winter, the impressive 600m² ice skating rink sits roughly 500m from the property and is a much-loved highlight for families.

Numerous walking and biking routes begin close by, including the popular, family-friendly trail that follows the Giffre river between Samoëns, Morillon, and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.
