You enter La Closerie via a welcoming cloakroom with sink, offering fantastic storage for outdoor clothing and equipment. A corridor leads you into the magnificent open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, which unfold across a beautifully bright and airy space.
In the living area, a deep, comfortable sofa and further seating are set around a roaring wood-burning fire with large windows overlooking the valley. Separated from the living area by the same log fire, the library/reading area with a large selection of books is the perfect cosy corner to unwind. Wi-Fi is available.
Flowing seamlessly from the living area is a dining space centred around a long wooden table capable of seating up to 14 guests. This inviting space is ideal for gathering over long meals, whether enjoying a winter raclette or a summer feast.
The beautifully appointed kitchen is a highlight in its own right. Its efficient layout features a large central island, excellent work surfaces, and high-quality appliances, including a 6-ring range cooker, an American-style fridge-freezer, and a luxurious Delonghi coffee machine. And with a pantry that offers extensive storage, cooking delicious meals for larger groups becomes effortless.
On the lower level, a second living area/TV room with a large sofa and television provides a perfect retreat for children, teenagers, or anyone wanting to unwind with a film.
The lower level also contains a practical utility area with a washing machine and a separate dryer.
Bedroom 4 contains a desk, monitor and printer, making a perfect office space for remote working.

La Closerie and Le Petit Chalet offer 5 beautifully presented bedrooms arranged over three levels, each with its own charm and character, featuring beds dressed in crisp white, high-quality linen.
On the lower level are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a comfortable ensuite room with a king-size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), direct access to the gardens, and storage provided by a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC.
Bedroom 2 features a double bed, a desk ideal for those who need to work, and a wardrobe providing good storage space. A south-facing window fills the room with light, while offering views over the village towards the ski area.
Bedroom 3 features another double bed, with storage courtesy of a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Beautiful exposed stonework and wood combine to give this room a wonderfully traditional feel.
On the middle level is bedroom 4, where you will find a single bed and an additional pull-out bed, meaning this room can sleep 2 guests comfortably. A desk, chair, monitor, and printer mean this room can also be used as an office. A family bathroom can be found on this level with a shower, vanity unit and sink, and WC.
On the upper floor is bedroom 5, the impressive master bedroom. A luxurious king-size bed, huge wardrobe, and dressing table offer a wonderfully comfortable stay. A bathroom, located opposite the room, contains a bath, a walk-in shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC.
One of the highlights of La Closerie is its generous outdoor space, perfectly laid out to make the most of its elevated position and long hours of sunshine.
The covered dining terrace is a standout feature, offering a sheltered outdoor dining area with a large table and magnificent views across the valley. Sheltered from the wind, it’s perfect for al fresco meals in spring, summer, and autumn. It also includes a high-quality gas hot plate.
A south-facing balcony spans the width of the main level and provides a stunning vantage point over Samoëns, capturing sunrise and sunset alike.
The large private garden is ideal for families with plenty of space to relax or play. Several sun-drenched and shaded areas provide complete flexibility throughout the day.
An east-facing terrace, accessible from the second living area/TV room, features a small table and chairs, and some wonderful views towards the impressive peaks surrounding Sixt.
A parasol, 6 deckchairs and 2 sun loungers are available.
Private parking is available for up to 3 cars, with 2 of these spaces in a covered carport with EV charger.
A cloakroom provides excellent storage for outdoor clothing and equipment such as skis.
La Closerie enjoys an exceptional setting in the heart of historic Samoëns. From an elevated position surrounded by nature, it commands wonderful views of the nearby peaks, waterfalls and ski slopes. Yet, it remains just 100m from the village centre with its shops, bars, restaurants, tourist office, church and botanical gardens.
A ski bus stop can be found just 300m from the property, with a regular service throughout the ski season and peak summer months to the Grand Massif Express ski lift, and other villages and sites around the valley.
In winter, the impressive 600m² ice skating rink lies around 500m from the property and is a huge family favourite.
In the summer months, the area transforms into an idyllic playground for hikers, cyclists, nature enthusiasts, and anyone simply looking to unwind. Numerous walking and biking paths begin close to the property, including the well-loved, family-friendly route that follows the Giffre river all the way between Samoëns, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.
