Samoëns - Chalet
A traditional 4-bedroom chalet with hot tub, spacious garden and spectacular Criou views, in a wonderful location close to the ski lift of Vercland, Samoëns.
Chalet Flammèche is a characterful 120m², 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom chalet sleeping up to 9 guests, combining traditional Alpine style with generous living and outdoor spaces. Despite its convenient location close to the Vercland ski lift, the chalet enjoys a peaceful, private setting, with a large garden, secluded sunny terrace, hot tub and breathtaking mountain views.
Inside, exposed timber beams, wood panelling and carefully chosen mountain-inspired decoration create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The impressive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the chalet, with high ceilings, deep comfortable sofas and a wood-burning fire providing the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains.
The outdoor space is one of Chalet Flammèche's real highlights. The huge terrace offers plenty of room for outdoor dining and relaxing, while the hot tub enjoys a wonderful position surrounded by greenery and mountain views. Beyond the terrace, the large lawned garden provides lots of additional space, all with the distinctive Criou mountain forming a spectacular backdrop.
For skiers, the chalet's location is another major advantage, with the lift within easy walking distance and providing straightforward access to Samoëns 1600 and the wider Grand Massif ski area. In summer, the combination of the large garden, terrace and easy access to the surrounding mountains makes Chalet Flammèche a superb base for walking, cycling and enjoying the outdoors.
Private off-street parking is available at the chalet, including a large covered car port.
Please note that the Vercland ski lift is subject to a closure date in April, one week prior to the Samoëns ski lifts, with a replacement ski bus service in place to the Samoëns telecabine.
This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Saturday changeover day, but in low season and for last-minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.

Chalet Flammèche enjoys an excellent location in the hamlet of Vercland, Samoëns, combining easy access to the mountains with impressive views.
One of its biggest advantages for winter holidays is its proximity to the ski lift. The Vercland Telecabine is just 500m from the chalet and is favoured by locals for its typically shorter queues, providing quick access to Samoëns 1600 and the wider Grand Massif ski area. When snow conditions allow, a piste runs from Samoëns 1600 back down to the foot of the Vercland telecabine, just 500m from the chalet. A quick walk across the car park at Vercland and you can put your skis back on for the final off-piste stretch across the field, getting you back to the chalet door on skis when snow allows. Conveniently, you will find one of our partner ski hire shops at the top of this lift, with overnight equipment storage available. The nearest ski bus stop can also be found next to the Vercland Telecabine, offering links to Samoëns village and the rest of the Haut-Giffre valley.
Opposite the ski lift is the popular bar and restaurant of La Reposette, which enjoys a wonderful family-friendly ambience and is the perfect place for an après-ski drink or delicious meal.
Outside the winter season, the location is equally attractive. Walking and cycling routes are readily accessible close to the chalet. The Grand Massif Express also operates during part of the summer season, providing easy access to higher-altitude walking and mountain biking trails, some of which lead directly back to the chalet.
Samoëns itself offers an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops, together with its historic village centre, weekly market, botanical gardens and extensive programme of activities throughout the year.
