Chalet Lily

Chalet Lily offers a unique layout spread over three levels. You enter the property via the ground floor into an entrance area with shoe storage and hanging space. From here you can go down or up a level.  Going downstairs will lead you to the basement level and you'll find some truly luxurious treats! A cinema room provides a huge TV with surround sound speakers, English and French channels, Blu-ray player, and Xbox with games. An enormous sofa completes this fabulous offering. You’ll also find table football and a darts board. In the room adjacent, spoil yourself in either of the sauna or huge spa bath! You’ll also find a shower and sink in this room, with a separate WC adjacent. There is also a utility room located in the basement containing a washing machine and separate dryer.

Moving up to the first floor, you enter the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, and beyond, a covered balcony overlooking central Samoens and the stunning Criou mountain offering morning and early lunchtime sunshine. In the living area, a huge deep sofa set before a roaring log fire is the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Entertainment is provided by a high-quality Bluetooth speaker, great selection of board games, books, and high speed Wi-Fi (fibre).

The dining area is arranged before large windows offering great views, and combined with the double height ceiling this offers a wonderful light and spacious atmosphere. A beautiful wooden dining table is accompanied by eight comfortable dining chairs.

The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with hob, full size oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. You’ll also find plenty of work surface area, and a breakfast bar with stools.

From the living area there is a beautifully crafted designer staircase leading to the second floor with open space containing a desk, chair, and printer providing a great home working setup. Opposite, a quiet corner with comfortable chair is nestled amongst beautiful exposed beams overlooking the dining area, providing a great place to relax with a good book and a glass of wine!  On this level you will also find bedrooms three and four sharing a family bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 3

Chalet Lily features 4 spacious bedrooms spread over two levels, all featuring comfortable beds, and quality linen and soft furnishings.

Bedrooms one and two are located on the first floor of the chalet. Bedroom one is an ensuite offering a double bed and LCD TV. In the ensuite bathroom, you’ll find a large walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. A built-in wardrobe provides great storage space.

Bedroom two is another spacious ensuite bedroom with double bed and LCD TV, while south facing windows ensure a light and spacious feel. In the bathroom, you’ll find a large walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. A built-in wardrobe provides good storage.

Move up to the second floor and you will find bedrooms three and four. Nestled in the eaves, with beautiful exposed beams, bedroom three boasts a luxurious king size bed, LCD TV and comfortable chair. Ample storage is provided by a chest of drawers and hanging rail. This room can be arranged in a twin bed configuration on request.

Bedroom four has twin beds, with additional light through an internal window overlooking the dining area - there is no external window. A storage unit is available for ones clothes.

Bedrooms three and four share a family bathroom on the second floor, featuring a bath with integrated shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC.

Chalet Lily offers a fantastic first floor balcony overlooking the village of Samoens, and offers a stunning backdrop of the iconic Criou mountain, and the Buet mountain above Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval. It is equipped with comfortable chairs and a high-quality BBQ.

Conveniently located adjacent to the parking area, a private equipment room is ideal for storing skis, bikes, and other outdoor equipment and clothing. You’ll find a ski rack and bike rack.

The property offers two private off-street parking spaces, one of which is in a covered car port. You are able to charge your electric car from the property using your own EV charging cable and standard electrical socket.
