Enter the chalet to its huge open plan living, kitchen and dining area spanning the full length of the property's lower floor. A unique suspended fireplace provides a central focal point. The quality kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, raclette and fondue sets, and plenty of work space. It benefits from an island unit with further preparation space and breakfast bar. Leading off this is the dining area for 10 people with two French doors providing access to the surrounding lawns. The lounge area has three large comfy sofas plus two additional single-person loungers, so plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day in the mountains. There is also a table football, table tennis, TV (with English & French channels), DVD player with DVD's and Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor there is a large entrance lobby with plenty of space for outdoor wear, plus a utility room with washing machine and drying area as well as a wc. There is also a shower room with stylish mosaic tiles, sink, WC and large corner shower. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided for guest use.

Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor where you will find the chalet's four bright and spacious bedrooms. The king size bedroom features two chests of drawers, hanging space and a large sky light. Across the hall is the quad bedroom with four single beds. This room is plenty large enough to suit adults or children alike, and provides access to the chalet's upper balcony. The adjacent super king size bedroom also benefits from this lovely south facing balcony, with the fourth bedroom a charming twin bedroom with large built-in wardrobe. Two of the property's three bathrooms are located on this level, each equipped with sink, WC and bath with shower attachments. The third bathroom, a stylish shower room, and additional separate toilet are located on the ground floor.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

The chalet's single car garage provides ample storage space for bikes and other equipment. There is plenty of private, off-road parking at the front of the chalet.

A flat and sunny garden space surrounds the property and can be enjoyed at all times of the year with external table and chairs for 10 people, a BBQ and deck chairs.
