Villa Monette B5

Villa Monette B5 is a stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that is arranged across a single floor space of 81m2. This bright and spacious accommodation, which sleeps 6 in comfort, is an ideal choice for your mountain holiday.

Enter the apartment from its quiet second floor corner location and immediately feel at home in the mountains. The open plan design of the kitchen, living and dining area makes for a very convivial environment. The kitchen is equipped with ¾ size fridge/freezer, combination oven/microwave, 4 burner hob, dishwasher and fresh coffee machine.  As well as all the cooking and serving utensils you could need, there are additional extras such as a traditional Raclette set for cheese lovers with a Pierrechaud included for sociable dining!  There is a large, wooden dining table which seats up to eight comfortably. 

After dinner sit back and relax on the large corner sofa whilst enjoying the widescreen smart TV with Netflix and satellite tv channels, or while listening to the Bose soundbar and bluetooth speakers.  Further seating is also provided on the long leather poof.  For your further entertainment there is also a Playstation 4, DVD player and free Wi-Fi access throughout.

Villa Monette B5’s three bedrooms are all located off the hall away from the main living space and provide a peaceful and private escape for guests. These comprise 2 doubles, one of which is ensuite (shower and washbasin), plus a bunk bedroom.  A family bathroom (bath with intergrated shower, washbasin, and washing machine) and the separate wc also lead off the hall, as well as built in cupboard space.

Two sets of double glass doors give access from the living area onto Villa Monette B5’s large and private balcony, with wonderful village and mountain views.  In addition to its own secure underground parking space, Villa Monette B5 also benefits from a private ski locker, which can also be used to store bikes in the warmer months. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an on-site supermarket; a Sherpa supermarket is located in the residence.

Villa Monette B5 is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment comprising 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a set of full size bunk beds.

The first double bedroom is located by the entrance to the apartment. This bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and under the bed storage space in which to unpack all of your belongings. 

The second double, situated a little further down the hall, benefits from its own en suite bathroom fitted with shower and single basin. This light and airy room, with partly double height ceiling, is also fitted with double built-in wardrobe and has ample under bed storage space. Just next door is the family bathroom which is fitted with a bath with integrated shower, a large vanity unit with single basin and a combination washing machine-dryer. For your convenience there is a separate WC with washbasin in the entrance hallway. Both bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails for your comfort.

The third bedroom, the bunk bedroom, comprises a set of full-size bunk beds.  A chest of drawers and under bed storage space provide ample space to unpack.

Villa Monette B5 has a balcony leading off the living area. Accessed via double French doors, this private outdoor space is ideal for enjoying an aperitif or meal ‘al fresco’ style in the warm summer months.  Tables and chairs are provided for your outdoor enjoyment, as well as lovely alpine village views and of Samoens most famous peak "The Criou".

In addition to its own secure underground parking, there is also a ski locker located on the basement level, which is large enough for 2-3 bikes if stored upright (1m deep x 73cm wide). An ideal addition for the warmer months! The locker is located under Block A and can be accessed by going down a single set of stairs to the garage.

A small supermarket is located in the Villa Monette development, which also provides additional above ground parking should you require.
