Guests are welcomed into two beautifully appointed open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, each brimming with character and flooded with natural light from large south-facing French windows. Both spaces open onto private balconies, offering charming views and sunny spots to relax after a day in the mountains.
In the living areas, elegant alpine-inspired décor combines warmth and comfort. You’ll find textured wood, tasteful lighting including a suspended antler chandelier, luxurious sofas, armchairs, and faux fur throws creating inviting spaces to unwind. A large smart TV is ideal for cosy evenings in, along with family board games and a Bluetooth speaker.
The two dining areas are furnished with beautiful wooden tables and comfortable upholstered chairs, perfect for shared meals or evening games. Meanwhile, the two fully equipped kitchens offer everything you need to cook up a storm, including dishwashers, fridge/freezers, Nespresso coffee machines, and the all-important fondue sets.

Bedroom 3 is a spacious twin bedroom (can be arranged as a super king-size bed on request) with plenty of light provided by a skylight window. Great storage is provided by a built-in wardrobe. Perfect for adults or children.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an adjacent family bathroom, which features a bath with integrated shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC.
Bedroom 4 is the impressive ensuite master bedroom in which you’ll find a huge super king-size bed (can also be arranged as single beds on request). The ensuite bathroom features a shower, sink with vanity unit and mirror. A built-in wardrobe offers good storage space.
Bedroom 5 is a quad room with two sets of full-size bunk beds. A fifth pull-out bed offers flexibility. Great storage space is provided by a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Opposite bedroom 5, a large family bathroom provides you with a shower, sink with vanity unit and large mirror, towel radiator and WC. A washing machine can also be found in this bathroom.
The highlight of the property is an indoor swimming pool reserved for the private use of the residence. The heated pool is located metres from the apartment and open all year round.
Two sunny south-facing balconies offer beautiful views towards the surrounding mountains, including the dramatic Criou peak and across the valley towards the Grand Massif ski area. With outdoor furniture, guests can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or relax with a glass of wine after a day of adventure.
Lawned gardens surrounding the complex offer further outdoor space to relax or play in stunning surroundings.
Guests can also benefit from one private car parking space with further communal parking, a private ski locker with electric boot dryers, a private cave for bike/equipment storage, and a communal bike store (bike lock required).
For maximum convenience, ski and snowboard storage is available either at the foot of the Grand Massif Express or on the piste at Samoëns 1600 thanks to our equipment rental partners.
