A beautifully deep and inviting Andrew Martin sofa anchors the living space, while a striking Georgian mirror cleverly conceals the smart TV, preserving the room’s timeless aesthetic.
A generous south-facing covered balcony offers lovely open views, including the iconic Criou mountain, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. Three of the bedrooms also enjoy their own private balconies.

Step inside the newly renovated Apartment DiX and you are welcomed by a generous cloakroom - a practical space for storing coats, boots and outdoor gear after a day in the mountains.
A long hallway leads through to the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which is wonderfully light and spacious thanks to its triple aspect layout.
The high-quality kitchen is as stylish as it is well-equipped, featuring a striking granite worktop, a five-ring range cooker, a large American-style fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine - perfect for relaxed breakfasts or cooking for a larger group.
In the dining area, a wooden table seats up to ten guests, with carefully planned overhead and wall lighting creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for long meals shared with family and friends.
The living space is a true highlight of the apartment. A huge, deeply comfortable sofa invites you to unwind beside the soft glow of the Swedish bioethanol fire, while a smart TV - ingeniously concealed behind a Georgian mirror - keeps the room’s elegant aesthetic intact. A Sonos speaker, a selection of family board games, and a record player with a collection of vinyl complete the experience for lovers of music and cosy evenings in. Wi-Fi is available.
Just beyond the living area, a stylish bar with drinks fridge adds an extra touch of indulgence - ideal for pre-dinner aperitif!

Apartment DiX offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, each styled with rich colours, layered textures and carefully chosen furnishings that give every room its own warm, elegant personality. Each is appointed with luxurious André Renault beds and mattresses, dressed in fine Egyptian cotton linen from Heritage Serenity and Savoy for an exceptionally comfortable night’s sleep. The bathrooms have been renovated with the same level of detail and style, again using individual fittings of the highest standards.
The bedrooms are named after the area's famous "Sept Monts" high pastures which were gifted by the Duc de Borgogne to the people of the village in medieval times.
Bedroom 1 is a wonderfully spacious 15 m² ensuite room featuring a super king-size bed (which can be arranged as twins on request). An east-facing private balcony looks out over the historic streets of Samoëns, with the dramatic Criou mountain rising above. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide generous storage, while the ensuite bathroom includes a bath with shower, washbasin and WC. A second entrance allows this bathroom to be shared with Bedroom 5 if required.
Bedroom 2 is another large ensuite room with a super king-size bed. A west-facing private balcony offers lovely views towards the pistes of the Grand Massif ski area. Two wardrobes and a chest of drawers provide excellent storage, and the ensuite bathroom features a bath with rain shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 3 is a further elegant ensuite bedroom with a super king-size bed (or twins on request), enjoying beautiful views of the Criou mountain. Two wardrobes offer ample storage, while the ensuite bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 4 also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom and a king-size bed. Two wardrobes provide plenty of storage, and the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 5 is a cosy twin bedroom (which can be arranged as a super king-size bed on request), with storage provided by a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom of Bedroom 1 is located directly opposite and, thanks to its second entrance, can be conveniently shared with this room.
A separate WC is also available.
At Apartment DiX, outdoor living is just as thoughtfully considered as the interiors. The centrepiece is the generous 20 m² south-facing covered balcony, which enjoys sunshine throughout the day along with sweeping views of the Criou mountain, the historic streets of Samoëns and the peaks of the Grand Massif.
With two comfortable sofas for relaxed drinks and a table and chairs seating up to 10 for leisurely meals, it is a wonderful space to soak up the mountain atmosphere from morning through to evening.
Three of the bedrooms also benefit from their own private balconies, offering a place to step outside and enjoy a moment to yourself.

Apartment DiX enjoys an exceptional position in the very heart of Samoëns, just moments from the village’s restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, spa, bars, church, botanical gardens, ice rink, cinema and weekly market. Despite being so central, it also benefits from open mountain views, including the iconic Criou rising above the rooftops.
During the winter season and peak summer weeks, a frequent ski bus stops just 100 metres from the property, providing easy access to the Grand Massif Express lift and the Vercland telecabine, as well as other villages and attractions across the valley. Alternatively, the large car parks beside the lift make driving a simple and convenient option. For families, our partner ski-hire shops also offer ski storage at the bottom or top of the lift, making days on the slopes even easier.
In summer, a wealth of activities is right on your doorstep, from the outdoor swimming pool and nearby lakes to golf, treetop adventure parks, paragliding and a wide choice of cafés and restaurants. And should the Tour de France return to Samoëns on its traditional route, the apartment’s spacious balcony would provide a truly spectacular vantage point.
