Chalet Kassy in Morillon is a modern and stylish luxury chalet sleeping up to 10/12 people in 5 spacious ensuite bedrooms. The chalet's facilities really couldn't be better with hot tub, sauna, cinema room/snug and even a gym available for guests' enjoyment! Chalet Kassy is superbly situated, its convenient location just a two minute walk from the shops, cafes and bars of Morillon village, and 5 minutes walk to the telecabine. When snow conditions allow you can ski down from Morillon 1100 to within approximately 200m of the chalet. For cross country skiing enthusiasts the circuit around the lake and to Samoens is also located just 200m from the chalet. During the summer there are endless attractions within a few minutes walk, including patrolled swimming beach at Morillon's Lac Bleu, tennis & volley ball courts, adventure park, horse riding, rafting base, and an inflatable kids park.
Chalet Kassy is a real gem, providing great comfort to families and large groups of friends alike. The chalet is an ideal accommodation in which to take advantage of the flexible catering options provided by our partner companies, and the large, private gardens with sun deck can be enjoyed at any time of the year, offering stunning views across the Giffre valley towards the famous Criou mountain. The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have been finished to a high standard and are stylishly decorated to generate a bright and uplifting environment. In the lounge, two deep comfortable sofas surround the log burner, the perfect place for guests to unwind after a day exploring the mountains. Opposite, the dining area can comfortably seat up to 12 people and affords stunning views across the valley through large French windows. The spacious & fully equipped kitchen offers no excuses when it comes to preparing a great meal, with two full-size electric fan ovens, electric induction hob, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and ample work surface space.
On the lower floor, guests will find a home cinema room with 3D TV, & DVD player, featuring surround sound, a sauna, wet room with shower & WC, table tennis, gym and boot room with heated boot storage and ski & snowboard rack.

Chalet Kassy offers 5 light and spacious bedrooms spread over its middle and upper floors. The cinema room/snug situated on the lower floor of the chalet has a double sofa-bed and can serve as a 6th bedroom when flexible sleeping arrangements are required. There is also a wet room with shower and WC on the lower floor. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished in a modern alpine style, with ample storage provided and beds beautifully made with crisp linen. Bathrooms are supplied with complimentary toiletries, and bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort, adding a further luxurious touch.
Bedroom 1, a double bedroom, is located on the chalet's middle floor. It features ensuite bathroom with bath and integrated shower, sink and WC. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all located on the chalet's upper floor.
Bedroom 2 is a lovely room with ensuite bathroom fitted with shower, sink & WC.
Bedroom 3, the triple room, features both a king size & single bed.
Just along the hallway is Bedroom 4, a twin room with 2 single beds.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share an interconnecting ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom with bath and integrated shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 5 features a luxurious king-size bed with ensuite bathroom with a bath and integrated shower, sink and WC.
For your comfort, a group size of 12 must include at least 2 children. If just adults the maximum group size is 10.
Chalet Kassy boasts a luxurious hot tub, which affords stunning views over the village and across the valley towards distant mountains. Located under cover and enclosed on two sides the hot tub is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a private moment after an adventurous day on the mountain. A large, private garden surrounds the chalet and features a glorious Sun Deck, which takes in the same lovely mountain views as the hot tub. The chalet also benefits from a separate, covered outdoor space, providing the perfect place to dine alfresco. An outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ, sun loungers, two parasols and badminton set are provided for your enjoyment.
There is ample off-road parking for up to 4 cars in the private driveway adjacent to the chalet.

Chalet Kassy is superbly located in a quiet, yet convenient setting in Morillon village, making it the ideal destination for year-round holidays to the Alps.
The nearest shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the Morillon tourist office are all only a short 2-minute walk away. A 5-minute walk takes you to the main Morillon telecabine and ski slopes, providing quick and easy access to the impressive Grand Massif ski domain. When snow conditions allow you can ski down to within 200m of the chalet. The popular cross country skiing circuits by the lake are also little more than 200m from the chalet, as is Morillon’s ice skating rink.
The ski buses operate during the day and early evening in winter, providing guests with free and easy access to Samoëns, Vercland and Sixt. Buses leave from outside the Morillon telecabine.
During the spring, summer and autumn months Chalet Kassy provides easy access to a number of great facilities. The beautiful Lac Bleu, with its designated swimming area, adventure park, obstacle course, tennis courts, horse riding, inflatable kids park, and more is within easy walking distance of the chalet. There are also a number of nearby hiking and mountain bike trails. Or drive a little further afield in either direction and explore the other quaint, alpine villages of the Giffre valley.

"We were delighted with the whole experience. The Chalet was incredibly spacious and incredibly well equipped. Not a day went by when a member of our group didn't comment on what a great place it was. The kids (x5) loved the cinema room and the hot tub, whereas the adults loved the balcony with great views, and lounging by the fire. A short walk to Tiffany's boulangerie, a small supermarket and also the main gondola. Equally it was simple to drive the skis to the gondola station with ample free parking available. "Accommodation was ideal for our purposes. Property and associated facilities were first class. Comfortable & spacious. One of the many benefits, is its close proximity to the main access to the slopes. Apart from our initial trip to Carrefour, we didn’t need to use our vehicles at any time during our stay. For ski hire we used a shop adjacent to gondola lift which also offered overnight ski/boot storage in a heated locker room as a very handy added bonus.

Chalet Kassy is our ‘Maison de Rêves’. Every time we are here, whatever the season, I pinch myself in disbelief that we own this wonderful chalet in such a beautiful spot. We built Kassy whilst living/working abroad, never with the intention of letting it out, but as our home away from home. With the increasing distances to travel and our 3 children venturing off in different directions, we decided to open our chalet up to guests so that they may, too, enjoy this little piece of heaven. Relax in the hot tub, sipping a glass of wine with views over Le Criou mountain - after a day of cycling, skiing, river rafting or simply pottering around this stunning area. We just love this place!
