Apartment Les Niveoles B9 is a newly constructed and stylish 2 bedroom apartment, located in a perfect position for year round holidays in Morillon and the Grand Massif. The apartment offers a bright and fresh open plan living area, 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, plus a south facing balcony.

Just 50 minutes from Geneva airport, the apartment boasts an excellent location within Morillon village, just 100m from the nearest ski bus stop, 7 minutes walk to the ski lift and piste (with snow cannons) and 5 minutes walk from the village centre with it's bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and weekly market.  Morillon's fantastic alpine lake is just 3 minute's walk away, with many activities surrounding the lake including cross country skiing, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, the adventure park, or simple relax at the beach area.

Les Niveoles B9 (48m2) is a wonderful first floor apartment, newly furnished with a fresh modern alpine feel.  The owners have combined high quality fixtures and fittings, with stylish wooden furniture and splashes of vibrant colour. As you enter Apartment Les Niveoles B9 into a spacious entrance area, great storage is provided by built in cupboards and additional hanging space for outdoor gear. Moving further into the apartment, you will find the impressive open plan dining, kitchen and living areas.  French doors lead to the balcony and allow natural light to fill the room. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with 4 ring hob, electric fan oven, fridge freezer and a coffee station with electric coffee machine. In the dining area, a circular dining table can seat up to 6 people, while cheese lovers will love the fondue set! The lounge area has a deep and comfortable sofa, set in front of an LCD TV.  Free Wi-Fi is provided, plus you can enjoy a selection of books and family games.

The property sits within a small cluster of chalet style buildings, newly constructed in 2015.  Flat communal grounds surround the chalets, with a wonderful alpine backdrop for year round holidays.

The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms, both complete with quality mattresses, linen and soft furnishings to provide the best possible nights sleep!

In the master bedroom guests will find a luxurious king size bed, while excellent storage is provided by a large built in wardrobe. A unique remote controlled ceiling fan, combined with a light, will keep you cool during the hot summer months. Bedroom two contains a set of full size bunk beds, while another built in wardrobe provides further storage space.
The sofa bed in the lounge provides further sleeping for 2 people.

The stylish and contemporary family bathroom offers a large shower, vanity unit with sink and towel radiator.  A separate WC is located next to the bathroom.

The apartment offers a 10m2 facing balcony with stunning views down the valley over Morillon village towards towering snow capped peaks at the head of the valley. It's sunny, south facing aspect, mean long days bathed in sunshine, which can be enjoyed from the sun loungers which are provided. Surrounding the apartment are large flat communal gardens, offering fun at all times of the year.

A private off street parking space, and a ski locker are also provided.

The popular Les Niveoles complex boats an excellent position in Morillon village, and is perfectly located for year round holidays in the area.

In winter, a ski bus stop is conveniently located just 50m from the apartment and offers a free regular service to the Morillon telecabine which offers great links into the Grand Massif ski area. The same telecabine can be reached by a short, and scenic, walk of around 7 minutes. An ice skating rink can be found 3 minutes walk from the apartment and should conditions allow, the closest cross country skiing trails are just 200m from the apartment and link into the vast Haute Giffre valley network.

The apartment is equally well positioned for holidays during spring, summer and autumn. The picture perfect alpine lake of Lac Bleu is just 3 minutes walk away, with a life-guarded swimming area and beach. Surrounding the lake are a huge range of activities including horse riding, volleyball, tennis, adventure park, and obstacle course, while an excellent lake side bar and restaurant offers a place to relax and take in the views.

In the village centre of Morillon, a short 5 minute walk away, you will find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a bakery and a butcher, as well as a great year round weekly market.

About the owner

We discovered and explored the area of Grand Massif in the heart of the summer! Back in 2011, and during a short vacation in Annecy, we started driving around. We fell in love with the place and we decided that it is worth the distance….as we are Greek and live in Athens! Since then, we visited it several times in all four seasons and, believe us: Here, each season is a different, unique experience for all age groups! By becoming owners of an apartment in Morillon, in 2015, we hope to enjoy even further our stays and feel more integrated to the environment of this marvelous village and its surroundings. We are certain that you will also share the same feelings during your own special holidays here! Anna
