Apartment Les Niveoles A12 is a stunning 3 bedroom loft style apartment sleeping 6 people in great comfort. This bright and spacious 75m2 property is located in an exclusive complex in the historic village of Morillon, providing fantastic links into the vast Grand Massif ski area. The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to create a stylish and modern apartment, ideal for families and small groups to enjoy.
The apartment is in a perfect location for year round holidays in this beautiful area. In winter, a ski bus stop is located just 50m from the apartment, alternatively a scenic walk of around 7 minutes will take guests to the Morillon telecabine and ski piste (with snow canons). The village centre is a short 5 minute walk, with its bars, restaurants, butcher, supermarket, bakery, and excellent weekly market. During the summer season, including spring and autumn, guests will find a stunning mountain lake a 3 minute stroll from the apartment with many activities surrounding the lake such as an adventure park, horse riding, tennis courts, beach volleyball and a great restaurant and bar open year round.
The apartment benefits from a large south facing balcony which gives stunning panoramic views from the rugged Criou, all the way round to the snowy slopes of the Grand Massif ski area. A private ski locker and underground parking are also available.

This spacious apartment is split over two levels offering an impressive 75m2 of modern living (15m2 of height below 1.8m), plus the large balcony. The large entrance area is on the lower level and the remainder of the apartment arranged on the upper level. Entering into the apartment on the lower floor, the entrance area provides a spacious and handy area to store outdoor gear, with generously sized built in cupboards.
Climb up a wooden staircase to the upper level of the apartment and your attention is immediately drawn down the corridor towards the vast open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a glimpse of the stunning mountainside beyond. This area is an impressive space with double height ceilings, plus a spacious south facing balcony positioned beyond floor to ceiling glass windows which offer spectacular views.
To your left, a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring a full size electric oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A butchers block provides extra surface space and storage.
The living area is a real delight where guests will find a luxurious corner sofa and two additional leather chairs, all of which are extremely comfortable! A rustic wood coffee table provides somewhere to rest that well deserved glass of wine, with a large LCD TV and Playstation 3 games console providing entertainment for the whole family. A selection of DVDs and Playstation games are also provided, as is free Wi-Fi.
A wooden dining table, positioned below a wall mounted canvas of a stag and attractive pendant lighting, can comfortably seat up to 6 people. The area offers great views through the large glass windows to the distant slopes of the Grand Massif ski area.

Apartment Les Niveoles A12 offers three bright and comfortable bedrooms with high quality bed linen and soft furnishings provided throughout.
Bedroom 1 is a delightful master bedroom with luxurious king size solid wood bed. The large built in wardrobe provides generous storage space. You can enjoy beautiful uninterrupted views of the mountains in the distance.
Bedroom 2 is a lovely twin bedroom with a large velux window with blackout blind providing a fresh, uplifting atmosphere. A wardrobe provides ample hanging and storage space.
The final bedroom, bedroom 3, is twin bedroom which can be arranged as a super king size bed on prior request. Again the room has a velux window with blackout blind. Ample storage space is provided by a wardrobe.
The apartment has 2 modern family bathrooms which are both located opposite the three bedrooms. The first bathroom consists of a full size bath with integrated shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC. In the second bathroom guests will find a large shower, vanity unit with integrated sink and a towel radiator. A further WC with sink is available separately.
The apartment boasts a fabulous 14m2 south facing balcony which offers impressive panoramic views from the Criou mountain above Samoens, all the way round to the snowy pistes of the Grand Massif. The balcony’s south facing orientation ensures day long sunshine and is a perfect vantage point to enjoy magical sunsets and sunrises. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an electric BBQ. The apartment is surrounded by flat communal gardens!

Apartment Les Niveoles A12 boasts a fabulous position for year round holidays within the beautiful village of Morillon.
During the winter ski season, a ski bus stop can be found just 50m from the apartment, transporting you swiftly to the Morillon telecabine which provides an excellent link into the vast Grand Massif ski area. However, should you prefer to a stroll through the historic snowy streets of Morillon then the telecabine is a mere 7 minute walk.
The local Morillon ice skating rink is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and, snow dependant, the closest cross country trails pass just 200m from the apartment and link into a vast network of trails running the length of the valley. The trails traverse snow covered forests, pass frozen lakes and waterfalls, which can also be enjoyed by snowshoers and hikers on their own dedicated trails.
In the summer the fabulous mountain lake of Lac Bleu, just 3 minutes walk from the apartment, offers life guarded swimming and sunbathing on an artificial beach. Surrounding the lake is a huge array of activities such as an adventure park, horse riding, inflatable park, tennis, and beach volleyball. A fantastic restaurant and bar located on the edge of the lake is ideal for those wishing to relax and take in the backdrop of stunning alpine peaks.
The village centre of Morillon is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment and offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, butcher, bakery and supermarket. And don’t miss the impressive market held weekly in village centre.

We are a couple with a teenage son and have been coming to the Grand Massif for over 5 years. We love the true authentic French feel of Morillon and surrounding area. We are a mixture of skiers and boarders and love the varied ski terrain with great off piste too. We came back in the summer and loved it. The valley is very pretty with lots of accessible walking, cycling and family activities. John and Fiona.
