The Penthouse - Morillon 1100

The Penthouse is an owner managed stunning ski in, ski out 7 bedroom property sleeping 14, in the heart of the traffic free centre of Morillon Les Esserts. With all the resort amenities on hand, including restaurants, ski hire, shops and a crèche, this is the perfect spot for a luxurious and hassle free holiday. The Penthouse is located on the 5th floor at the top of the property, with a lift to your own private landing, leading to over 190m2 of dual aspect living. There are stunning views at each end of the apartment, with the south facing side overlooking the ski slopes. 



The accommodation offers contemporary loft style living with double height windows, exposed beams and light flooding in. It benefits from a wood burner providing a cosy focal point to the living area, with seating on the surrounding comfy leather sofas to sit back and relax with the home entertainment system, pioneer mini-hifi with CD player and iPod dock, DVDs, Wii with several games, board games, jigsaws and Digital TV. A sunny south facing balcony leads off the lounge area through double doors, with outdoor furniture.

There is a well equipped kitchen area including an over sized 5-ring ceramic hob, extra wide oven, generous fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and ample cooking equipment for large groups. The dining area has a wonderful large table, comfortable for 14 people, with French doors leading onto the second balcony with magical alpine woodland views. There are also luxury extras like a Nespresso coffee machine and 6 person raclette set. The ski locker is a communal locker and a few padlocks are required if you don't want to leave your skis in the hire shop overnight.



The 7 bedrooms all benefit from their own en suite shower rooms with sinks, toilets and showers. The rooms are configured as 2 king size bedrooms and 5 twin bedrooms. Slight changes can be made to this arrangement on request at booking stage, by splitting or joining the beds. All bedrooms have sky lights, hanging space and one of the bedrooms has its own access to a private balcony.



There are 2 large balconies, one sunny south facing balcony overlooking the pistes, which leads off the lounge area through double doors, with outdoor furniture. The second north facing balcony leads off the dining area and has magical alpine woodland views.

We also have a 3 bedroom apartment in an adjacent building called The Eagle's Nest as well as a 4 Bedroom B11 Jardin Alpin.



We loved the apartment throughout. What a fantastic location with wonderful views. The slopes, ski school, hire shop, pub, patisserie and supermarket only being a stones throw away made life so easy for us with small children. The apartment itself was very clean, and far better equipped than any we've had before. The kitchen facilities and equipment were perfect for self-catering for a large group, and the entertainment equipment just wonderful. eg. Wii with games, DVDs, boardgames and toys.
