Samoens is officially recognised as one of France's prettiest villages and the only resort to be listed as a land of art and history by the Tourist Board. This year round village forms part of the Grand Massif region, including Flaine, Morillon, Sixt Fer a Cheval and Les Carroz and is just 1 hour's drive from Geneva. 

In winter the Samoens and Grand Massif ski area offers 265km of piste raising up from Samoens 1600m, catering for all abilities of skier and snowboarder.  While in summer there are numerous activities for all the family, including mountain biking, rafting, climbing, walking, swimming, golf, tennis, road biking, children's adventure parks, horse riding........ the list is endless!
