It benefits from an impressive fire place, a large south facing terrace and private garden to the side. Cleverly arranged over 54m2 on one floor the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, and the contemporary bathroom contains a double size shower, washing machine, sink and wc.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area is very light and spacious with breathtaking panoramic views of the valley and ski area beyond. The kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, large fridge freezer and oven. The lounge area has a leather sofa which can also be converted into a sofa bed, further seating, flat screen TV, (with UK freeview channels), DVD player and DVD's, WiFi, perfect for those cosy nights in. The dining area has a large table with comfortable chairs opening out onto the terrace, furnished with a further table and balcony furniture. There is also a BBQ, plenty of wood for the fire, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

There are 2 bedrooms, normally set up as one king sized double and one twin, but the zip and link beds can be arranged to other configurations. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and cupboard offering more than enough clothes storage space.

Off the living and dining area are French doors that lead onto the large terrace, equipped with outside dining table and chairs for 8 people, BBQ and deck chairs in the summer. To the side of the apartment is a lawned area and hot tub, and to the rear of the apartment is another smaller terrace with coffee table and chairs.

In winter there is a ski bus stop about 8 minutes walk away. Alternatively the main telecabine, the Grand Massif Express is 2 minutes by car with plenty of free parking.
