Alps Accommodation Rental Consultancy provides the tools and assistance you need to achieve rental success from your alpine property.  With many years of experience renting chalets and apartments for our owners since 2004, we are the leading premier accommodation provider in the Grand Massif region. From the very initial stages we can advise on how to find the right rental property, offer impartial advice on improvements and even provide a rental forecast for you, based on our extensive previous track record.  We have channelled our experience into a comprehensive service which will maximise rental occupancy and rates, and actually deliver the bookings to you, year on year.  In addition we will provide the tools you need to reduce the time in managing your property from afar.

Once purchased, setting up a beautiful alpine chalet ready for rental is no mean feat. It takes many visits of expensive travel, extensive amounts of shopping around for best value products and services, and can feel overwhelming.  We can help you avoid making wrong choices and reduce the guess work, ultimately saving you money.  We have already learnt the hard way and now have the track record and guest feedback to give you the advice.  We know what the guests want!

We provide you with details on the best suppliers of products and services required and we pass on everything from wholesale prices with luxury linen suppliers to contact details for English speaking contractors and we can provide information on the region’s interior shops and most reasonably priced DIY stores.  Our service helps you answer all the questions you may have – For example:

Twin beds, doubles or king size beds, what really works? 

Should we put in that extra bedroom, or give guests more space for a second living area? 

Is a hot tub really worth putting in, or are saunas more cost effective and attract enough people? 

Should we buy cheap products as they are only for rental? 

How and should we install Internet or do we need French TV channels?

Once the property is ready for rental, we will provide advice on pricing for each week of the seasons, we take professional photos, draw up floor plans and write detailed descriptions in English and French to present your property in the best possible light to attract customers.  We provide a full ‘Rental Consultancy Guide’ which contains everything you need to know to make renting professional and straight forward.  This includes welcome folder templates, booking form templates, copies of terms and conditions in English and French, local supplier lists, sample inventories, information on our resort discounts, cleaning check lists etc, plus our top 10 tips for Rental Success!!
