Chalet Bravo is a stunning 103m2 four bedroom chalet with hot tub, in the peaceful yet convenient hamlet of Samoens called L'Etelley.  The ski bus stop, located just 100m from the chalet, offers free and easy access to the télécabines of Morillon, Samoens and Vercland, in the heart of the Grand Massif ski area. This modern, newly constructed chalet has been thoughtfully designed and furnished by it's owners to provide a wonderful place to enjoy year round holidays in this alpine paradise.

Spread over three levels this bright and contemporary chalet features a log burner, wood flooring, a gorgeous ash staircase, under floor heating and an environmentally friendly geothermal system providing plenty of hot water. The open plan upper level comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with leather corner sofa. Floor to ceiling windows offer staggering views over the valley towards Samoens and the impressive Le Criou mountain.

Set in private gardens, the chalets boasts a large terrace and a 15m2 covered balcony which allows lovely views over surrounding peaks and forests. A steamy hot tub offers guests the height of luxury, as well as the perfect place to soothe aching muscles!

Chalet Bravo is located in a tranquil hamlet, surrounded by beautiful Savoyard architecture, open farmland and forests.  A short walk of around 10mins will take you to the village centre of Morillon where guests can enjoy a selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, a supermarket, bakery, a great local market and of course the ski lift and pistes of Morillon.

Private covered parking is available for up to 2 cars, as well as a ski locker.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Saturday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Flexible catering is also available on request. You enter Chalet Bravo into a spacious cloakroom on the middle level of this newly constructed three level property. From here, a beautiful staircase carries you to the open plan upper floor with living, dining and kitchen area. Floor to ceiling glass windows at either end of the room allow natural light to flood in, while simultaneously offering simply stunning views of the surrounding alpine scenery. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric fan oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher, while an island unit provides additional storage and extra work surface space. Opposite is the dining area which comfortably seats 8 people, set directly in front of the large windows offering wonderful views over the valley. At the opposite end of this light and airy open plan area, and perfectly positioned in front of the warming crackle of a log burner, is the living area.  Relax in a deep and comfy leather corner sofa with entertainment provided by an LCD TV with satellite receiver, DVD player and Bose iPod docking station. Free Wi-Fi, and a selection of books and DVDs are also provided.

Located on the lower level of the chalet is a utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.

Chalet Bravo offers 3 bright and spacious bedrooms and a smaller bunk bedroom which combine an airy and contemporary feel with wooden flooring, high quality linen and soft furnishings and a splash of vibrant colour.

On the middle level, guests will find a stunning ensuite master bedroom with luxurious super king size bed (or twin beds), while wonderful views can be enjoyed from French windows which lead out into the grounds. The ensuite bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, sink, towel radiator and WC. Great storage is provided by a built in wardrobe.

Located opposite is a spacious queen size bedroom which also benefits from an ensuite bathroom, and more great views from a north facing window. In the bathroom guests will find a bath with integrated shower, sink, towel radiator and WC. Storage is provided by a large built in wardrobe.

Moving down the attractive ash wood staircase to the lower floor of Chalet Bravo, we have the remaining two bedrooms. The first of which is the spacious twin bedroom (or king size bed) which again has the luxury of an ensuite bathroom allowing great views to distant peaks, while also filling the room with light. In the ensuite bathroom is a bath with integrated shower, sink, towel radiator and WC. A built in wardrobe provides good storage space. Finally we have the cosy bunk bedroom which, with full length bunk beds, can accommodate kids and adults alike. A window offers a glimpse of the stunning landscape surrounding the chalet

An extra child's bed can be provided if necessary, making the chalet sleep up to 9.

A separate WC is located on the middle level of the chalet.

Chalet Bravo makes the most of it's sunny and incredibly scenic position with several outdoor areas and a luxurious private hot tub. The chalet is surrounded by it's own private grounds, while on the entrance level a secluded terrace, equipped with a rustic table and bench offering a quiet place to unwind. Located just off this terrace is a bubbly hot tub offering the ultimate place to relax those tired muscles after an exciting day in the mountains! Leading off from the open plan living area, French windows give access to a 15m2 covered balcony which comes equipped with table and chairs. Benefiting from afternoon sunshine, it offers breathtaking views over wooded slopes, distant peaks, and takes in the pink glow of ever-impressive alpine sunsets.

Off street parking for 2 cars is available in a private covered garage, while a ski locker is also available.

Chalet Bravo boasts a great location in the peaceful yet convenient hamlet of Samoens, L'Etelley. Although officially a hamlet of Samoens, L'Etelley is closer to Morillon.  In a short walk of around 10 minutes, guests can reach the beautiful centre of Morillon where you will find a great selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, a bakery, great weekly market and the pistes and ski lifts of Morillon.

A ski bus stop can be found just 100m from the chalet and with several bus routes serving the telecabines of Morillon, Samoens and Vercland, excellent links into vast Grand Massif lift network are effortless.

Throughout the year, many great walking trails begin close to the chalet, while keen cyclists are well catered for with several great routes, including the famous Col de Joux Plane just a stones throw from the chalet.

A short walk of around 10 minutes will take guests to the village centre of Morillon where guests will find a great selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, a bakery and a great weekly market.
