Pas au Loup C11 is an exclusive chalet style apartment for 6/8 people in 3 spacious bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms.  The apartment features a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with full height glass windows generating a bright and uplifting space. A fantastic sunny balcony, equipped with table and chairs, offers perfect views of the biggest and most spectacular mountains in the valley.

Pas au Loup C11 boasts one of the most sought after locations in Samoens. Situated opposite the Grand Massif Express lift, operating during winter, July and August and approximately 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Opposite there is a small row of shops that includes a bakery, pizzeria and sports shop. This is the perfect location for both summer and winter breaks. The lakes, adventure park and swimming pools are just 250m away, open for summer activities for all the family.

The apartment benefits from a private closed garage with parking for one car, or alternatively it can be used for bike storage. Further parking spaces are available to the rear of the building. A private ski locker is also available.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Saturday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.



The property is a wonderful loft style apartment with exposed beams, offering stylish and extremely spacious accommodation for 6-8 people. As you enter the apartment into the hallway with fitted storage and hanging, you can either enter the first of the bedrooms, a twin, or walk into the impressive open plan living, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows.  This space offers spectacular views of the village and famous Criou mountain, with light flooding into the apartment.  A French door leads off the dining area onto the long balcony, which enjoys the morning and lunchtime sun.  With its easterly and southerly aspect, it stretches the full length of the property, with plenty of space for outside dining and relaxing with a book. 

The second and third bedrooms boast kingsize beds and lead off the living space, one to the rear of the apartment, and the other to the front which also shares the balcony.  Pas au Loup C11 comes complete with a complimentary Wi-Fi network, satellite TV and plenty of DVD's. The kitchen is superbly equipped with ample work space, 4 ring hob, full sized oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and plenty of cooking equipment.  A cot and high chair can also be provided.

The apartment has two individually designed king size bedrooms and a lovely twin bedroom.  There are 2 bathrooms.  The super king bedroom offers ample fitted storage and lights floods in via the velux window above in the vaulted ceiling, providing a light and airy feeling. The beds can be split to give 2 twin beds on request.  It benefits from its own en suite shower room with sink, large shower, wc and heated towel rail.  The slightly larger king size bedroom faces to the front of the property, again it has plenty of fitted storage and has its own door onto the long balcony. The views from this room are truly spectacular via the large windows. The third bedroom is a super twin bedroom with large velux window and wardrobe.  There is a further family bathroom with bath, integrated shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail. For larger groups there is a double sofa bed in the living room, as well as another deep comfy sofa.  Each of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with chic alpine soft furnishings.



Leading off the dining area and one of the double bedrooms is a large sunny balcony stretching the entire length of the apartment with plenty of outside dining furniture.  The balcony offers and Easterly and Southerly aspect.

Around the building are extensive communal lawned grounds, available for everyone to use at any time of the year.

The accommodation has its own secure underground parking space (only suitable for small cars and bikes) and a ski locker/equipment storage.

The Pas a Loup residence in Samoëns is ideally located within close proximity of just about all of the resort’s facilities, making it the perfect year-round holiday destination.

Situated directly opposite the Grand Massif Express lift, at apartment C11 you could not be better located to make the most of both your winter and summer holidays. Literally cross the road from your accommodation and walk 2-minutes to the Grand Massif Express lift, which provides access to our impressive ski domain. The Grand Massif Express is also open throughout July and August, allowing access to a number of hiking trails and the downhill mountain biking terrain during the height of summer.

An easy 5-minute walk along a straight, flat road takes you into the village itself. Pop into one of the many shops, bars or restaurants, stroll through the beautiful botanical gardens, or admire the picturesque medieval square with its stunning church, ancient buildings and bustling Wednesday morning market.

The newly built ice skating rink is also a mere 5-minute walk away, offering guests another favourite winter pastime. Samoëns’ tourist office and crèche are also located within easy walking distance of the apartment.

A flat, 2-minute walk from the apartment is the beautiful Bois Aux Dames lakes and leisure facility. In winter, this is where you will find a number of cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing trails. In the warmer months the village swimming pools open. Or make the most of the weather and enjoy the tennis courts, golf driving range, archery, horse riding and more!

The apartment was perfect for our group of friends, everything clean, and comfortable beds. Proximity to Grand Massif Express, Extreme Glisses and Tiffanie Boulangerie a bonus. Pleasant 7-8 minute (flat) walk into the lovely old village centre. Skibus a useful service from outside tourist office when you've got shopping bags! Glorious walks around the lake and along the river make a leisurely alternative to skiing!

Thank you so much. We have just finished 2 lovely weeks staying at [Pas au Loup] C11. The apartment has everything you could need for a great stay, a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds along with tasteful decor and a good selection of games and DVD's. It is cosy but has lots of space for children to play. We were able to walk easily into town and to the swimming pools and had easy access to mountain walks, paragliding, parcour and lake swims. Perfect. An especially cool end to our holiday was spent watching the Rally de Mont Blanc.
