Pas au Loup A8 is an exclusive chalet style apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This split level apartment of 65m2, can sleep 6/7 people and features a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a double height ceiling, giving it a bright and airy feel. Stunning views of the dramatic Criou mountain can be enjoyed from a large sunny balcony which comes equipped with table and chairs.

Located in one of the most sought after locations in Samoens, Pas au Loup A8 is situated opposite the Grand Massif Express lift, operating during winter and peak summer weeks. A walk of approximately 5 minutes takes you to centre of the village with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Opposite there is a small row of shops that includes a bakery, pizzeria and sports shop. This is the perfect location for both summer and winter breaks. The lakes, adventure park and swimming pools (summer only) are just 300m away, open for activities for all the family.

Pas au Loup A8 has a private lockable garage offering parking for one car, or a great place to store bikes. Further parking is situated outside the residence.  A private ski locker is available also for guests.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Saturday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.



Pas au Loup A8 is a light and spacious split level apartment sleeping 6/7 people over 65m2 of living space. The apartment is located on the corner of the 1st floor, providing a dual aspect from the living area.  The apartment comes superbly equipped with all home-from-home conveniences and benefits from Wi-Fi throughout.  The apartment is furnished with quality and plenty of luxurious alpine charm. 

As you enter the apartment into the spacious hallway, there is plenty of space for hanging your outdoor gear in fitted cupboards which also house the washing machine.  Stepping through the hall, you are immediately greeted by the light from the double height windows in the living/dining area.  Leading off the hallway, is the first of the bedrooms, which is a king-size bedroom with a shower room and separate wc located opposite.  Walking past this room, you reach the superbly equipped kitchen with a 4 ring ceramic hob, full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.  This space opens into the living area, with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and comes complete with HD TV, DVD player and Playstation 3 with games.  The apartments dining area, with extending table, offers wonderful views through the French doors leading onto the balcony.  The balcony is equipped with a further table and chairs for outside dining. 

Take the stairs from the living area to an open mezzanine area, with further seating and storage.  This brings you to the second and third bedrooms, plus the second bathroom.  A cot and highchair are available on request.

The entrance level offers a wonderful king-size bedroom with beautiful Savoyard furniture and a small balcony. Opposite is the first shower room with sink and separate wc. Leading off the top mezzanine area are 2 bedrooms, one is a cosy double bedroom with LCD TV and DVD player, and the other has a set of full sized bunks beds and access to a third balcony. There is a second shower room also on this level, with shower, sink and wc.  For larger groups, the lounge also offers a comfy sofa bed for 1 person,  making the apartment perfect for groups of 6/7 people.  Each room offers ample hanging and storage space, plus they benefit from lovely views of the valley and mountains.



Pas au Loup apartments are a small exclusive development of individually designed properties, set on a large section of land just 100m from the Telecabine in Samoens.  Around the buildings are extensive communal lawned grounds, available for guests to enjoy for building snowmen, or in summer for the kids to play.

The apartment benefits from a large sunny balcony stretching the entire length of the apartment.  This offers plenty of outside dining furniture and fabulous easterly and southerly views.  Further smaller balconies are situated off the master bedroom and the upstairs bunk bedroom.

The accommodation has its own secure underground parking space, which is also ideal for storing bikes safely.  A ski locker is also provided.

The Pas a Loup residence in Samoëns is ideally located within close proximity of just about all of the resort’s facilities, making it the perfect year-round holiday destination.

Situated directly opposite the Grand Massif Express lift, at apartment A8 you could not be better located to make the most of both your winter and summer holidays. Literally cross the road from your accommodation and walk 2-minutes to the Grand Massif Express lift, which provides access to our impressive skiing domain. The Grand Massif Express is also open throughout July and August, allowing access to a number of hiking trails and the downhill mountain biking terrain during the height of summer.

An easy 5-minute walk along a straight, flat road takes you into the village itself. Pop into one of the many shops, bars or restaurants, stroll through the beautiful botanical gardens, or admire the picturesque medieval square with its stunning church, ancient buildings and bustling Wednesday morning market.

The newly built ice skating rink is also a mere 5-minute walk away, offering guests another favourite winter pastime. Samoëns’ tourist office and crèche are also located within easy walking distance of the apartment.

A flat, 2-minute walk from the apartment is the beautiful Bois Aux Dames lakes and leisure facility. In winter, this is where you will find a number of cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing trails. In the warmer months the village swimming pools open. Or make the most of the weather and enjoy the tennis courts, golf driving range, archery, horse riding and more!

We stayed for 2 weeks from 13th August 2016. Couldn't have wished for better weather. Arrived mid-afternoon to a very welcome 'welcome pack'. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable.
