Les Fermes de Samoens E4 Spacious and sunny living and dining area

Les Fermes de Samoens E4 is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet, sleeping 8 people in 110m2 of stylish accommodation. Cleverly arranged over 3 levels, E4 is located in a terrace of chalets, in the popular Fermes de Samoens residence. Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Samoens centre, there is the added convenience of the free and regular ski bus just outside the chalets, taking you in just a few minutes to the Grand Massif Telecabine. Alternatively the telecabine is a 10-12 minute (1km) beautiful flat walk along the side of the Giffre river. If you chose to use one of our partner rental shops, ski equipment storage is available at the top or bottom of the ski lift.

The chalet benefits from using all the facilities of the complex, during the summer and winter seasons! This includes a gym, sauna, steam room/hammam, small indoor swimming pool (closed in May), outdoor swimming pool (summer only) plus a communal lounge with fireplace and pool table.  This offers the perfect rental to either relax or keep the adrenaline flowing.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Sunday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.



As you enter the property there is ample storage and hanging space in the entrance hall. To the right hand side is a shower room with WC with sink. Continue through the hallway into the open plan living area, beautifully decorated and furnished creating a cosy alpine space. The newly fitted kitchen offers a full size oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is a large dining table which can comfortably seat up to 8 people. The bright lounge area includes a deep and comfy leather sofa which looks out through large French windows over the gardens.  The property also benefits from a large LCD TV, HD satellite receiver, Blu-ray/DVD player and DVDs.  There is also Wi-Fi provided in the residence communal areas for a fee (€25 for a week for 3 devices). 

Boasting a sunny terrace equipped with table and chairs, it provides the perfect sun trap to relax in the sun, while the kids play safely.

Chalet E4 is a privately owned and operated property.  Managed locally and professionally, you can be assured of an excellent level of service every step of the way.

Stairs lead up from the lounge to two further floors, each containing 2 bedrooms. The first floor is a double bedroom with built in hanging and storage and views of the famous Criou mountain. Next door is the family bathroom, with sink, full size bath, overhead shower and and separate WC.

The next bedroom is a south facing twin room, with balcony overlooking the grounds and a waterfall which can be seen most of the year.

Stairs lead up to the extremely spacious 3rd floor bedrooms. There is a king bedroom with a snug providing a comfy leather armchair, TV and an Xbox 360 and games. A large rustic wardrobe provides great storage space and this bedroom also offers flexibility to be a second twin with prior arrangement. The fourth bedroom is a double bedroom, with large built in storage and hanging.



Chalet E4 is located in a residence of chalets and apartments. There is stunning scenery, with alpine views and acres of stunning countryside surrounding the complex. The lovely sunny terrace is south facing and opens onto the extensive communal grounds – ideal for kids to play outside!

The property benefits from one private covered parking space, plus further ample communal parking. A ski locker is also provided.

Les Fermes de Samoëns residence is situated in a quiet location a mere 5-minute walk from the village of Samoëns. Its peaceful and yet convenient setting make it an ideal choice for year-round, alpine holidays.

The residence is within close proximity to the river and nearby forest, as well as open fields of Les Vallons, and so is every nature lover’s delight. And yet you are never far from the convenience of village life. An easy, flat 5-minute walk leads you straight into Samoëns with its many shops, bars, restaurants, beautiful gardens, and medieval square, which features a stunning church, ancient buildings and of course the bustling Wednesday morning market.

During the winter months the free, ski bus stops right outside your front door, guaranteeing quick and easy access to the main Grand Massif Express lift and our impressive skiing domain. Another favourite winter activity is ice skating and the newly built 600m2 ice skating complex is only about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Depending on snow conditions there is also some excellent cross country skiing terrain situated within an easy 5-minute walk of Ferme de Samoëns E4.

In the summer months, guests can access a number of walking and biking trails immediately upon exiting the apartment. Stroll through the open fields of Les Vallons, or head into one of the nearby forest trails that meander along the Giffre river. The Grand Massif Express lift also operates throughout July and August, giving guests access to even more hiking and biking options. Or if you prefer to stay on the valley floor, the Bois Aux Dames lakes and leisure facilities are within a 10 to 15-minute walk.
