Ecrins B11 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated in the prestigious MGM development, Ecrins Etoilés. This modern second floor apartment which sleeps 5/7 in style and comfort is ideally located, offering guests a peaceful yet central location for their holiday.

Just a 50m walk away is Samoëns’ historic main square with its many shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The ski bus stop is 150m away, with free buses running regularly that take only 2 minutes to reach the Grand Massif Express ski lift. Alternatively, the same gondola is an easy 10 minute walk, and if you chose to use one of our partner rental shops, ski equipment storage is available at the top or bottom of the ski lift. For guests who prefer to drive, there is a small above ground car park, as well as a dedicated private underground parking space. Guests also benefit from the use of a private and secure ski locker.

Ecrins 11B is serviced by a lift and its elevated position provides for lovely views of the Criou and surrounding mountains from its private balcony. The apartment’s interior is decorated to an excellent standard and includes some lovely pieces made from imported teak.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Sunday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.



Ecrins B11 is a contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment arranged over 50m2 of living space. For your convenience the apartment is accessed via a lift which also services the basement, where you will find both your private underground parking space and guest ski locker.

The apartment’s modern interior is furnished to a high standard, including some individual pieces made from imported teak. A long hall leads from the apartment’s entrance, past the family bathroom and separate WC, to its open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This is the perfect space to unwind and relax together after an eventful day. Grab a glass of wine and take a seat in either of the two stylish armchairs, comfortable 3 seater leather sofa, or bean bag. The sofa can be converted into a full-size double bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, and iPod docking station. A selection of DVDs is also provided and it should be mentioned that Wi-Fi is available throughout. An additional TV with Playstation2 and a selection of games is provided in the bunk room, an ideal haven for the kids. The comfortable and ensuite master bedroom is on the opposite side of the living space, affording some privacy for Mum and Dad.

The well-equipped kitchen comprises a large fridge/freezer, full-size oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. An island bench ensures plenty of workspace for the budding chef of the week and it is also fitted with a wine rack. Enjoy your meal at the large wooden dining table whilst taking in views of the Criou through the double French doors which open out onto your private balcony. Alternatively in the warmer months, leave the doors open and make use of the balcony’s BBQ.

Ecrins Etoiles 11B is the ideal holiday location for the family or a small group of friends. The apartment also allows for flexible arrival and departure days and length of stay - Please contact us for an individual quote. The master double bedroom, with its solid teak bed, benefits from an en suite shower room fitted with a vanity unit with basin and large mirror. Hanging space is provided as well as under bed storage.

The bunk room can be used in either double or triple configuration, with a double bed with single mezzanine bed above. Luggage can be stored under the bed or in the large built-in wardrobe. This bedroom is also fitted with a second TV for the Playstation2. A selection of games is also provided. The family bathroom and separate WC are situated just up the hallway. The spacious bathroom is fitted with bath and integrated shower, heated towel rail and a large vanity unit which houses a washing machine.

For larger groups or flexible sleeping arrangements, there is a double sofa bed in the living area.



Ecrins B11 is situated on the second floor of “Le Buet”, the second block in the Ecrins Etoilés complex which is set back from the road in extensive and peaceful grounds. Conveniently accessed via a lift, Ecrins B11’s elevated position affords lovely views in each direction from its private balcony. Open up the double French doors from the living/dining area and take in the magnificent Criou and surrounding mountains. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the balcony in the warmer months.

There is a small aboveground car park directly outside the building as well as a private parking space in the secure underground car park. A lift services the basement where this car park and also the guest ski lockers are located.

Ecrins 11B is ideally located. Offering great convenience to guests and yet peaceful in its surrounds, this apartment is the ideal destination for your year-round holidays to the Alps.

Ecrins 11B is only 50m from Samoëns’ village centre, with its many shops, bars, restaurants, the beautiful botanical gardens, and picturesque medieval town square. Here, you can admire the stunning church that features original 13th and 15th century stonework, or wander around the bustling Wednesday morning market.

In the winter, it will take only 10-minutes to walk from the apartment to the main Grand Massif Express lift, which allows access to our impressive ski domain. Alternatively, jump on the free and regular ski bus that leaves from the stop just 150m away and will have you to the lifts in 2-minutes. Or for a novel experience, catch the Septi-train to the lift! It leaves from just off the main square. Another favourite winter activity is ice-skating and Samoëns’ newly built 600m2 ice skating complex is little more than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

In the summer, a number of great alpine walking and mountain bike trails can be accessed within minutes of the apartment. And road cyclists can attempt the famous Col de Joux Plane climb, which starts just through the square, on the other side of the village. The Grand Massif Express lift also operates throughout July and August, allowing guests easy access to the higher mountain trails and downhill mountain biking terrain.
