3 Bedroom Villa Monette Apartments - Samoens

Three luxury apartments sleeping 4 - 9 people in a prestigious, MGM development.  The apartments are decorated and furnished in a traditional, yet modern alpine style and are extremely light and spacious. They are situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Samoens.  Villa Monette Apartments are in a prime location for your ideal ski holiday, less than 500 metres from the main express ski lift or the ski bus stops opposite and takes 1 minute!  For those driving there's plenty of private parking at the lift and secure underground parking at Villa Monette.   Flexible catering can be provided at these apartments.

In the summer this is the perfect base for all activities, you are also just a short stroll away from the historic square and its cafes, shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk away are the lakes, outdoor pool and sport centre.

The apartments are fully equipped and have large living accommodation, including beautiful open plan wooden kitchens with dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hobs and combination oven/microwaves.  There is also a washing machine in the apartment bathrooms and heated towel rails.  The living areas have sofa beds for larger groups and are equipped with LCD screens, satellite TV, DVD's, stereos and playstations.  The apartments have their own balconies, offering alpine and village views.  In addition to its own secure underground private parking, there are ski lockers and a supermarket in the development.  A cot and high chair can also be provided.

The apartments are located in square M:8 on the Samoens Village Map.

Apartment A20 - Sleeps 6/9                 

Arranged over two floors, the apartment is an impressive 83m2. On the first floor there is a double ensuite bedroom, kitchen, living and dining area with double doors leading onto the balcony.  Stairs lead off the living area to a further 2 bedrooms positioned in the eaves of the building.  Bedroom 2 can be arranged as a twin or triple with use of a pull out bed and access is gained via this room to bedroom 3, which is a further double bedroom.  Bedroom 2 also has a second TV with a Playstation2 and games. In addition on the lower floor, there is a further bathroom and a separate WC and washbasin.  The apartment is serviced by a lift.

Apartment B5 - Sleeps 6/8                   

The apartment is all on one level offering 71m2 of spacious accommodation.  It offers 2 double bedrooms and a 3^rd bedroom with a set of full size bunk beds.  Bedroom 1 has its own ensuite shower room.  There is also a further bathroom and a separate WC and washbasin.  As you walk through the apartment you reach the kitchen and open plan living and dining area.  Off this area are 2 sets of double doors leading onto the large balcony. 

Apartment A19 - Sleeps 4/8                 

Apartment A19 is a 2/3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment.  The apartment is arranged over 2 floors and offers 73m2 of fabulous accommodation.  The first floor consists of an open plan living with double doors leading onto the balcony, fully equipped kitchen with extras such as a fondue set and dining area with seating for up to 8.  There is also a large 42"/107cm flat screen TV with a Wii games console, DVD player, 20 DVD's, loads of games and UK satellite TV.  There is a double bedroom with kingsize bed, a family bathroom with integrated shower and separate wc with sink.  Off the living area are stairs leading up to your own self contained suite in the eaves, with an ensuite consisting of a shower, wc and sink, twin bedroom and mezzanine area with "gigone" double bed/sofa, playstation and 2nd TV.  Or for larger groups this mezzanine area can be made up as a 3rd bedroom.  In addition there is a further sofa bed in the lounge.  The apartment is serviced by a lift.
