2 Bedroom Villa Monette Apartments

2 light and spacious two bedroom apartments in a prestigous MGM development, each sleeping 4/6 people. Constructed in 2005, they are in a prime location, just two minutes walk from the historic main square and its shops, cafes and restuarants.  There is a small supermarket located in the development offering great convenience to it's guests. 

Opposite the apartment is the regular ski bus stop, which is free and takes just one minute to take you to the Grand Massif Express lift.  Alternatively it a 500m/5 minute walk. The apartment is located in the centre in Map Reference 8:M

Decorated and newly furnished thoughtfully in a modern, yet traditional style, they also benefit from their own private balconies.  The apartments have their own secure private parking space as well as ski lockers.

Equipped with a double ensuite bedroom with bath and integrated shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail.  The second bedroom is twin room.  There is another bathroom leading off the entrance hall, with shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail.  The living area is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and has a sofa bed for larger groups.   The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes a large fridge freezer, full size oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher.   In the living area there is a flat sceen TV with satellite connection, DVD's and CD player.

Apartment A13                                      

Wonderful apartment sleeping 4/6 people, offering a double bedroom and twin bedroom, of which the twin can be made into a double with click in beds.  There is a family bathroom with bath and integrated shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail.  There is also a second wc with washbasin.  The living area is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and has a double sofa bed, plus additional sofa.  Double doors lead of this area, onto the south westerley facing balcony, with great views.   In the living area there is a TV with satellite connection, DVD's, CD player and games. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a large fridge freezer, full size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine.  

Apartment A13 allows any arrival and departure day and any length of stay!  Please enquire for an individual quote.
