Ski and Snowboard Lessons

We work with 3 ski schools who have English speaking instructors who come recommended. All the companies are open for reservations from mid-October until the end of the winter season.   We do recommend pre-booking.

360 International

Firstly, 360 International Ski School who offer a 10% discount off all lessons for Alps Accommodation guests.  They have excellent qualified bilingual instructors for both skiing and snowboarding in either small groups, private lessons or to take you to the new areas not reached before.  Book in advance then visit them at their office just at the bottom of the Grand Massif Express lift by the roundabout.

Ecole du Ski Français (ESF)

The National Ski School, ESF, have an office in Samoens and Morillon and have over 95 English speaking instructors. We have manged to secure a 5% discount for Alps Accommodation guests staying in Samoens. In order to recieve the discount you must state you are staying with Alps Accommodation and make the booking by phone: 00 33 (0)4 50 34 43 12 and ask for Armony who speaks English or by email, again stating Alps Accommodation to info@esfsamoens.com

They do have a website with all the information re classes etc but you do not receive the 5% Alps Accommodation discount if booking online - details at

For guests staying in Morillon or Morillon 1100 you are also entitled to a 5% discount with ESF Morillon.  In order to receive the discount you must make the booking with ESF Morillon, explaining you are staying with Alps Accommodation, by telephone 0033 (0) 4 50 90 11 52 or via email to info@esfmorillon.com and ask for Natalie or Florence.

Zig Zag Ski School

ZigZag provide a 5% discount off all their products for Alps Accommodation guests and operate in both Samoëns and Morillon.  Their team of 10 fully qualified instructors all speak good English and are excellent with children and adults alike.  ZigZag believe that better ski lessons make better holidays and their services are focused on enhancing every aspect of your ski experience.   They know your time on the snow is precious and aim to help you make the most of it!  Small groups, punctual lesson times and instructors who’re full of energy help you progress quickly and enjoy every minute you’ve got.  ZigZag specialises in off-piste tuition and guidance, with slick new avalanche safety equipment provided free of charge for every off-piste guest.
