3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, situated in the resort of Morillon 1100 Les Esserts in the prestigious Refuge D'Alpage. The apartment is located in a fabulous position on the edge of the piste, offering ski in ski out facilities to the development. Built in 2005 by MGM, the apartment offers luxury and quality throughout and has fabulous views across the slopes and mountains beyond.
It is extremely large and spacious and can comfortably sleep 7 people. The apartment has an impressive open living area with double doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the piste. It is also fully equipped with TV, Playstation with games and a DVD player. There is also a double sofa bed for larger groups. The kitchen has a dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob and integrated oven and grill.
The master double has it's own ensuite shower room with wc. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the 3rd is either a large single or twin with the use of the pull out bed. There is a family bathroom with integrated shower and bath, heated towel rail, built in washing machine and a separate wc and basin.
The apartment has its own ski locker and parking close by. On the door step are Morillon's amenities including shops, restaurants, ski school and nursery. Morillon joins with the Grand Massif ski area and offers fabulous skiing for all abilities. It is home to the famous Marvel run which finishes next to the development. In summer, the lift next to the apartment is open for mountain bikers and walkers, making it an excellent place to stay all year round. Morillon has excellent facilities for families, including its nursery for skiers and non skiers.
