We recommend you collect the car from the Swiss side of Geneva Airport and you hire chains. This is the easiest way to get in and out of the airport. Once you have hired your car, follow for France and you will then go through the border and once through, follow the A40 for Chamonix. You will come to your motorway exit about 40 minutes from leaving the airport.
