Superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet sleeping 8/10 people arranged over an impressive 120m2.  Conveniently situated just 5 minutes flat walk from the historic village of Samoens and it's shops, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes.  Located just 150m from the free and regular ski bus or a 2 minute drive from the grand massif express ski lift.   The chalet is located in square P:9 of the Samoens village map.

With it's position at the end of a lane, the chalet is in a quiet idyllic position and it also benefits from a large lawned garden.  This truly is a great holiday chalet for summer and the winter, with direct access onto biking and walking trails and stunning views for all seasons.

The chalet has been recently renovated and newly furnished by it's owners and offers extremely flexible accommodation for families and groups.  The chalet is self catered, although flexible catering can also be offered.

On the entrance level there is a newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with full size oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher.  The open plan dining and living area benefits from lots of light and space with balcony doors opening directly off this area onto the large south facing balcony.  The chalet comes equipped with TV, a selection of DVD's and CD player.

There are 2 spacious twin bedrooms leading off the living area, one of which can be made up as a king size double bedroom if required.  There is also a large shower room with sink, wc and washing machine on this level. 

Stairs lead from the lounge, up to a further 2 extremely spacious loft style bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms can be arranged as a twin, triple or quad as there are also fold out beds provided.  The other bedroom can be arranged as a king size bedroom or twin bedroom with great views of the mountains and an impressive waterfall.  There are a further 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with large corner shower and the other with a bath.

Extra facilities include an iron, hairdryer and BBQ for the summer.  The chalet has secure storage for skis and equipment and offers ample private covered parking.  A cot and highchair can also be provided.

On the ground floor there is a separate self contained apartment, which is used occassionally by the chalet owners.

Our complimentary premier service includes meeting you at the property with keys and information.  Provision of linen and towels with beds made ready for your arrival.  End of stay cleaning is included, as well as utility bills and local taxes, this is not an extra.  A welcome pack including wine, bread, tea & coffee, juice, cheese and biscuits will be there for your arrival as well as Molton Brown toiletries in each bathroom.  Our guests receive discounted ski and equipment hire and discounted private lessons.  We can organise airport transfers for you and are here to help with any other aspects of your holiday such as babysitting and taxi services.
