Light and spacious 4 bedroom first floor apartment, sleeping 9/10 people.  Centrally located in Samoens, the village centre is just 100m away, with all the shops, restaurants and resort amenities.  The free ski bus stops right outside this exclusive set of apartments.  Les Frahans truly is an ideal location for holidays throughout the year.  The apartment is self catered although flexible catering can be offered at this property.

The apartment is arranged all on one floor.  The lounge area provides ample seating for groups with its extended corner sofa and separate second sofa.  Fully equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and selection of games and DVD's, the apartment also benefits from WiFi.  Its dining area has a large table comfortably seating 10 people, with French doors leading off this room and onto the south easterly facing balcony, providing excellent views.

The kitchen is very well equipped and provides plenty of storage and work surfaces, for catering for large numbers.  It has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.

The 4 bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements.  The first bedroom has a king size bed, plus a single bed and doors opening onto the balcony with wonderful mountain views.  The next bedroom is a twin room, again with access to the balcony.  There is a further double bedroom and the fourth room is a cabin with a set of full size bunk beds.  There is a double sofabed in the living area to provide a further sleeping area.  Each bedroom has large built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

The apartment benefits from 2 bathrooms, one with full size bath and integrated shower and the second bathroom with a large corner shower.  Each bathroom has separate toilets.  A washing machine with dryer is also provided, as well as an iron and hairdryer.  A cot and high chair can also be provided.

The apartments are set in their own private grounds, which can be viewed from the extensive balcony.  There are 2 private parking spaces and secure underground equipment storage/garage and ski locker.
