Alps Accommodation is owned and run by Tom and Alison Ward-Lee, who are on hand to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday experience.  From the moment you consider booking, we are here to help, providing you with an accommodation offering which we have personally hand picked and feel proud to welcome you to.  When you are in resort we offer you the information and continual support you require.  We have many previous seasons experience working within ski and summer resorts and arrived in Samoens permanently in the summer of 2004.  Please read some of our guest testimonials. 

Our prices include our "premier services" to ensure that your holiday is just that little bit more luxurious and hassle free, which includes:

Meeting you at your property with keys and the information. 
A unique 20% discount at local ski and equipment hire shops
Complimentary cleaning of the accommodation at the end of your stay.
Professional cleaning with your beds made before arrival and towels provided. 
A welcome basket of items such as croissants, jam, milk, tea, coffee, juice, biscuits and a bottle of wine.
In resort 24/7 assistance.
Provision of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cleaning sprays and washing machine powder. 
As an exclusive customer of Molton Brown toiletries, you receive complimentary sample products in each bathroom.
Arranging baggage storage if you wish to ski on your first and last days (subject to availability).
