We returned from our holiday in Morillon staying at Apt Alpage and I wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed. The manner in which they groom the pistes is really outstanding and we were able to enjoy some fabulous skiing- we were glad to see that it was snowing when we left! The arrangements were excellent. The transport to and from Geneva airport was faultless, the apt in great condition,masses of hot water etc. The ski school did a good job with the 6 and 9 year olds and they really came on and my wife and I, 72 and 67 respectively, found the 4 hour pass was ideal. All in all a great holiday and I am wondering if you could let us know what sort of discount we would be eligible for if we book again for next year !! You can tell we were impressed ! We have just returned from a week in Samoens where we stayed with you in the fantastic Chalet Ecrins A23 and we all had a great time. The chalet was lovely, the village was really great too and the whole set up seemed to work so well, In particular Gil was a credit to your business, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

I just wanted to drop you a brief note to let you both know how we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chalet Moccand. In particular the service (and the cooking!) from our chalet hosts, Dave & Hayley, was outstanding (the best I've personally had in more than ten years of skiing). One of our party unfortunately suffered an injury and both our chalet hosts did their utmost to help us out.

Hi Alison, just wanted to say, I thought the Alps Accommodation service was really excellent - very easy to book and find availability, lots of useful info on the website and in the folder, quick responses from your team, handy welcome basket, key left out for our late arrival, etc. It all worked really well, we are pretty independent but it was good to have the reassurance of someone in resort and all the info available. The apartment was also great - very handy with the supermarket underneath and short walk to lifts. The Roland Gay lockers were a great suggestion too, makes such a difference! I would recommend making restaurant reservations.

Felt very secure booking late, as we'd been so well looked after 2 years ago and felt Alps Accommodation are about service, not just profit. We had a wonderful holiday in Samoens. The apartment was first class - spacious and very well equipped. All the comforts of home and WiFi as well. The free ski bus stopped right outside and took only a few minutes to the ski lifts. The apartments location meant only a short walk to the centre for shopping and restaurants. What a pretty alpine village, great location and dramatic views all around. We look forward to returning next year and have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. The accommodation and location were wonderful, we loved the view from our balcony and even watched the fireworks from our bedroom. The pool was great , but men and boys can't wear baggy shorts, we had to buy some from the machines there! Thank you for the basket of food and drinks, that was a welcoming touch. We have had a wonderful week. Some members of our party have skied every year since 1995 and this is without doubt, the best accommodation we have had. Perfect chalet, perfect location, loads of skiing - it doesn't get any better than this! After much thought, the only improvement we can suggest is to have a garlic press next time please!! Chalet Eve was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the high quality of accommodation, vast amount of space and wonderful views from the balcony. We had a great time in the area, visiting Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix and the opportunity to try paragliding whioch was amazing, we went with Pegasus on your recommendation. We also enjoyed the bars and restaurants, La Louisiane was particularly popular. So thanks again for making such a holiday a possibility for us, hopefully we will be back there before too long. We had a lovely time in Samoens. Apartment Moccand was perfect for us. The location was great , the apartment was clean, light and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and lovely bathrooms. The Robinsons invited us all to ski, to Samoens town as guests of Ward-Lee. The weather was great, as was the snow, its such a shame we have to go. Chalet Moccand is the perfect location for the best of friends to spend a vacation. Skiing the pistes, the runs and the valleys, then coming back to Tom and Alis's. I know Simon has been in touch about rebooking but thought I would say thank you for making our holiday in Samoens so enjoyable. It was quite daunting when we first booked but with your help booking the lessons, collecting us and taking us back to the airport, and all the information you gave us, it made our first skiing experience thoroughly enjoyable. The chalet is beautifully decorated in a modern style in keeping with the atmosphere of Samoens. The beds are so comfortable (loved the furry rugs!!), and everything is spotless. The food both in the restaurants you recommended and at the chalet itself - was delicious, and very reasonably priced. Thank you for the introductions (and discount!) at your local ski hire shop, and all the information you gave us to make our holiday so successful. It is touches like these that separate the merely good from the superb! We will be recommending you to our friends - skiers and non-skiers. There really is something for everyone at Samoens.
