After placing an online booking - what happens next...

1. Once you have completed an online booking and provided your credit card details, you will receive an automated email outlining the details of the provisional booking. 
2. Alps Accommodation will then charge your card with the 25% deposit or the full balance if arriving in less than 8 weeks.  Card transactions incurr a 2% surcharge.
3. You will receive a second email from Alps Accommodation confirming the booking.
4. The final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival, at which point the amount is charged to the original card details provided unless otherwise informed.
5. For self catering guests, your card details are held for your damage/good housekeeping deposit.  A pre-authorisation will be taken from your card for 500 Euros and your card will not actually be charged unless necessary.
