Luxurious and stylish farmhouse conversion, offering 170m2 of stunning spacious accommodation. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a snug area or sleeping area, it sleeps 10/12 people in comfort.  The chalet has been sympathetically restored, full of character with original beams, yet offering quality contemporary furniture and fittings throughout.

Located in the beautiful Samoens hamlet of Secouan, the chalet is positioned at the end of a quiet lane, so peace and quiet can be assured as well as truly unbeatable views. The resort of Samoens and its shops, restaurants, ski lift and amenities are 5 minutes drive away.  The chalet is idyllic for walkers, located adjacent to the footpath leading to the village and local hamlets. 

The entrance level provides the huge kitchen and dining area, with beautiful wooden kitchen and a cosy log burner, ideal for relaxing around the table. The views are spectacular, looking right across the valley. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and all modern home conveniences.  There is a sofa also provided in this area for larger groups.

Also on this floor is a quad bedroom, with two sets of full size bunk beds. The room is large enough to house an additional fold out bed, for more flexible sleeping arrangments.  Next to this is a large family bathroom with full size bath and integrated shower.

The first floor is arranged cleverly arranged over separate levels and quirky areas. There are three further bedrooms consisting of two doubles and a twin. The first double has ensuite with a large shower, the twin has French doors leading onto the garden with ensuite shower.  The master double suite is reached by another short set of stairs.  This is an amazing bedroom, with vaulted ceiling and doors which open up into a balcony area overlooking the lounge below, ahead there are views of the mountains in the distance. This has an ensuite bathroom with large bath, huge shower and further great views.

The lounge is absolutely stunning and comes equiped with large flat screen TV and DVD player . The large log burner set against a double heighted wall, provides the focal point of the room, with comfy deep leather sofas and armchairs surrounding. The views through two sets of French doors and further ceiling height windows are truly unbeatable. Just a few steps down from the lounge is an open snug area with Playstation 2 and games. There is a sofa bed also provided for flexible sleeping arrangements and to make a 5th sleeping area. In the snug is an office with internet access point, WiFi and desk.

The chalet has its own gardens and terraces to the front and rear with 180 degree views and plenty of spaces for outside relaxation and BBQ's.  It is steeped in history with a wonderful old waterbut and mazot located in the grounds.  This is the perfect setting for holidays throughout the year. A car is required for this chalet and there is ample private parking, with one covered parking space.
