Extremely spacious 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet apartment with a second living area/double sleeping area on the mezzanine. Sleeping 8 people comfortably, this apartment is presented in immaculate condition, with wonderful views and an impressive double height living area. Located in a quiet spot, just a 5 minute flat walk to the centre of Samoens and the regular free ski bus stop is directly outside.  Alternatively the Grand Massif Express ski lift is a 10-12 minute flat walk. Situated off a quiet lane, the apartment is ideal for holidays all year round.  The apartment is self catered although flexible catering can be arranged.

Chalet Grand Massif is cleverly arranged over 2 floors and forms part of a large stand alone chalet.  It benefits from communal gardens, viewed by the apartment’s large south facing balcony, ideal for dining and relaxing in the sun while the others play in the garden.

The entrance level offers a family bathroom with a full size bath with shower, washer dryer, heated towel rail and separate toilet. There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size double which can also be separated into a twin, a large double wardrobe and a fantastic view. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is spacious and light with double glass balcony doors, double height windows, large 6 seater leather corner sofa, further seating and flat screen TV. There is also WiFi internet access, under floor heating, DVD player with plenty of DVD’s and board games. The kitchen has a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer, a table which extends to comfortably seat 8 and additional extras such as a fondue set.

Stairs lead from the living area up to the first floor corridor, leading off is the private mezzanine which has a double sofa bed, playstation with games and second flat screen TV, ideal as a second lounge or bedroom 4.  Also on this level is the second family bathroom with a full size bath and shower, heated towel rail and toilet. There is a further double bedroom with it's own balcony and superb views.  Also a twin bedroom is on this level.

Chalet apartment Grand Massif has its own private parking and a secure garage with remote control door.  There is a heated cupboard in the garage for warming boots and gloves for extra comfort, together with a ski rack. The apartment is also equipped with plenty of outside furniture and a BBQ.  Chalet apartment Grand Massif is situated in square O:9 of the Samoens Village Map.
