New to market!  Unique 5 bedroom farmhouse chalet in a quiet and enviable position in the Grand Massif region.  Just 5 minutes walk to Morillon village centre and its shops, restaurants and cafes and 5 minutes drive to Samoens.  The Morillon telecabine lift provides access to the Grand Massif ski area and is 8-10 minutes flat walk from the chalet.  The free ski bus stops just 50m away and in good conditions you can ski into the village approximately 500m from the chalet.

Morillon lake is just 5 minutes walk away and provides numerous activities including summer swimming with beach area, an adventure park, tennis courts, quad bikes, horse riding and river rafting.   With stunning views and your own garden area to the rear, this is a great setting for holidays throughout all seasons of the year. 

The chalet comprises 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in an impressive 135m2 of accommodation.  The farmhouse chalet has been recently renovated and beautifully furnished to an excellent standard, offering quality and luxury throughout.  Each room is totally unique and offers large groups the perfect place to relax in comfort.

As you enter the main living area, there is a light and spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with a door onto the balcony with breathtaking views.  The living area has deep and comfy seating and comes equipped with TV, CD player, games, DVD player and huge DVD collection, XBOX and games and internet access. 

The kitchen is well equipped with ample work space, large fridge freezer, 4 ring oven, dishwasher and microwave.  Ideal for entertaining large groups around the dining table, which seats 10 people.

Two of the bedrooms are located on this level, the first is a spacious double with access onto the south facing balcony with a hammock for relaxing in the sun.  The next bedroom is accessed via the double bedroom and has a set of bunk beds.  The first bathroom is situated on this floor and comes equipped with full sized bath and integrated shower and a separate wc.  A hairdryer is also provided.

Stairs lead up to the top floor which has plenty of character and original exposed beams. This accommodates the next three bedrooms and large second bathroom.  The bedrooms all have double beds, one of which also has a single bed making it a triple and offering flexible sleeping arrangements.  The bathroom has a roll top bath for that extra bit of luxury.  There is also a shower, wc and washbasin.

The chalet utility area houses a washing machine and dryer and ample storage for skis, boots and equipment.  It also has a cot and baby chair for your use if required.  The farmhouse grounds offer plenty of off street parking and a garage for 2 cars.  The gardens are ideal for outside dining, providing stunning views of the mountain region.  The chalet even has a boule court in the communal part of the gardens.  2 mountain bikes are included for guests use as well as a barbeque.

Our complimentary premier service includes meeting at the chalet with keys and information.  Provision of linen and towels with your beds made prior to arrival.  End of stay cleaning is included as well as utility bills and local taxes, this is not an extra.  A welcome basket including wine, bread, cheese and juice.  Molton Brown luxury toiletries in each bathroom.  Our guests receive discounts for ski and equipment hire and private lessons.  We can organise airport transfers for you and are here to assist with all aspects of your holiday such as babysitting and taxi services.
