Chalet Levieu - Samoens

On the entrance level there is a newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with full size oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The open plan dining and living area benefits from lots of light and space with balcony doors opening directly off this area onto the large south facing balcony. There is seating for large groups around the extending dining table. The chalet comes equipped with a large flat screen TV, a selection of DVD's and CD player and one of the larger bedrooms benefits from a second TV and XBOX 360.

There are 2 bedrooms leading off the living area, one twin and one king size, although alterations can be made by spitting the beds or putting them together for alternate configurations. There is also a large shower room with sink, wc and washing machine on this level. Stairs lead from the lounge, up to a further 2 spacious loft style bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can be arranged as a twin, triple or quad as there are also fold out beds provided. The other bedroom can be arranged as a king size bedroom or twin bedroom with great views of the mountains and an impressive waterfall. There are a further 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with large corner shower and the other with a bath.

Chalet Levieu is set is its own grounds with a large lawned garden equipped with BBQ and outside furniture. There is ample private parking, with cover for 2 cars. The chalet also has secure storage for skis and equipment.
