Chalet Ambregales - Samoens

The entrance level offers an impressive open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with log fire, wonderful views and light flooding in. The living area has deep and comfy leather sofas, satellite television, DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi Internet. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and luxury extras like a Delolonghi coffee machine, raclette machine and fondue set. The dining table extends to comfortably seat 8/10 for larger groups.

The chalet is available on a self catered basis, although we are able to offer flexible catering at this property. On the lower level is a wonderful sauna to relax and loosen those muscles after a day in the mountains. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of drying/storage space. This floor leads into the garage. 

The first bedroom, which leads off the entrance hallway, has zip and link beds making two singles or king size beds, with en-suite shower room. There is ample clothes storage and a door onto the terrace.

On the first floor is a study area with desk and selection of books. Leading off this area is the master king size double bedroom with a modern en-suite multi jet shower room with toilet and south facing balcony. There is also plenty of hanging and storage space. On the other side of the hallway is a spacious twin bedroom. Next door, the fourth bedroom with full size bunk beds. The bunk room is a big hit with children, with its own snug room (restricted head height) in the eaves. Great for making dens and also providing flexible sleeping for a further 2 children on fold out beds. Finally on this level is a luxury family bathroom, equipped with a Jacuzzi bath, toilet, sink and integrated shower.

The entrance or ground level is the level of the garage, you then climb one flight of stairs to the lounge level with one bedoom.  French doors lead off the living area on this level onto the south facing terrace, with superb hot tub with built in music system! Further terrace areas sweep around the North and East side of the chalet, offering sunny areas for sunbathing, dining and barbeques.

The private, secure garage with electric door, can accommodate one big car or two small cars and there is an internal door leading into the chalet. There is also a further private parking space at the front of the chalet.

Ski bus stops about an 8 minute walk from the chalet which runs all winter. Alternatively the Grand Massif Express ski lift is a 2 minute drive.
