The Eagle's Nest is a stunning top-floor apartment, with the benefit of being ski in ski out.  Serviced by a lift, the property offers wonderful valley views and is located in the centre of Morillon 1100 Les Esserts.  The apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for groups of 6/8 people.

With floor to ceiling glazing, under floor heating, exposed wood beams and sloping rooflines, the apartment has a lovely loft style feel as well as providing great convenience to its guests with the restaurants, shops, bars, crèche and skiing all on the doorstep.

The interior is tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout the light and spacious 87m2.  The Living area is open plan with satellite TV, HIFI and DVD player, two comfy sofas, which convert to sofa beds, an armchair and direct balcony access onto the 20m2 balcony with table and chairs.  The dining area with large wooden dining table, offers magical woodland views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, kettle, ample crockery and utensils.

The three bedrooms lead off the living and dining areas.   Bedroom one is a double en-suite with direct balcony access.  Bedroom two is also a double bedroom with a bathroom and toilet next door, shared with the third bedroom which is a twin.  All bedrooms have storage areas, with hanging under the eaves and bedside tables. A cot and high chair are available.  An iron and ironing board are supplied as well as two hairdryers.  The apartment has a private underground parking space and ski locker (which requires you to bring a padlock).
