Chanta Polet is situated in an idyllic south facing position, 10 minutes walk from the historic village of Samoens.  It offers the ideal location to get away from it all, yet is conveniently located with Samoens and all its amenities just minutes away.  In winter the ski bus stops 100m away, which operates for Christmas, New Year and February.  Alternatively the Grand Massif Express ski lift is 2 minutes drive. 

Built in 2009 by local prestigious developers, Chanta Polet is a semi detached chalet, cleverly arranged over 3 floors plus mezzanine.  It has been furnished to an excellent standard throughout, with carefully sourced Savoyard hand crafted furniture.  Due to the elevated position, the chalet offers spectacular uninterrupted views at every turn.  The chalet is available on a self catered basis, although we are able to offer flexible catering at this property.

On the entrance level is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area.  The kitchen is superbly equipped and has boasts plenty of work space and comes equipped with coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer and extras such as a fondue set for cheese lovers!  The large dining table is extremely comfortable for 8 and French doors lead off this area onto the sunny terrace, with plenty of space for outside dining.

The lounge area benefits from a log fire and deep and comfy leather sofas.  There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo.  There is further access onto the swimming pool terrace, with light filling the room.

The chalet has a spacious twin bedroom on the entrance level with plenty of storage  Upstairs is a second twin room with large skylight offering views of the Criou mountain in the distance.  The third bedroom is a double master bedroom with access onto the upper balcony and an ensuite bathroom with extra large bath, overhead shower, sink and wc.  The spacious landing area has a double sofa bed to be used for additional sleeping, or as a further area to relax and unwind.  There is also a family bathroom on this level with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower, wc and sink.  Ladder stairs lead up to a loft area, with a further twin bedroom in the eaves.  This loft space is only recommended for children as has very low ceiling height, but is fine for lying down for a cosy nights sleep!

The lower ground floor is home to the wonderful sauna for year round use.  There is also a shower room with wc and sink on this level.  The utility room has a washing machine further fridge freezer and heated boot warmers.  Access is provided to the private secure garage for 2 cars. 

Chanta Polet is set in ample grounds with plenty of sunny wooden decked areas.   The private outdoor swimming pool is in operation from June-September and offers the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun on the loungers.  There is also a BBQ provided.  Situated in a small cluster of chalets, the setting is safe and peaceful, away from the road and the perfect spot to enjoy holidays at any time of the year.

Our complimentary premier service includes meeting you at the property with keys and information.  Provision of linen and towels with beds made ready for your arrival.  End of stay cleaning is included, as well as utility bills and local taxes, this is not an extra.  A welcome pack including wine, bread, tea & coffee, juice, cheese and biscuits will be there for your arrival as well as Molton Brown toiletries in each bathroom.  Our guests receive discounted ski and equipment hire and discounted private lessons.  We can organise airport transfers for you and are here to help with any other aspects of your holiday such as babysitting and taxi services.
