This luxurious and stylish 8 ensuite bedroom chalet in Samoens split over an impressive 280 m2 of  accommocation.  The chalet is rented with the benefit of staff on hand to look after the chalet and your requirements. Located within a 5 minute flat walk or 300m from the historic centre of Samoens, the chalet is the ideal location of both quiet and convenient for summer and winter holidays. In winter the free ski bus stops within 50 metres and takes 2 minutes to reach the main express ski lift, 1km away.  Chalet Moccand has an official 4 star rating from the Samoens Tourist Office. 

Rooms have mountain views and overlook the private garden, two of which have a balcony where a waterfall can be seen most of the year.  There is a large lounge area with large designer leather sofas, log fire, large flat LCD TV, satellite TV, DVD's, iPod connector, free WiFi, Wii, Playstation 2 and games, books and board games.  In addition there is a spacious dining area which can be arranged to seat up to 18/20. Chalet Moccand is set in it's own grounds, with a large sunny garden and ample private parking.  In the summer there is plenty of space for outside dining and BBQ's in the shade of the mature apple trees.  The chalet benefits from a superb 4.5m/15 foot long swim spa.  Great for swimming or relaxation.  One end is a jacuzzi with seating, jets and bubbles, while the other end has a series of strong jets, which supply an adjustable current for swimming.  Hot and steamy in the winter, cool and refreshing in the summer. Heated and available until 9pm everyday of the year.

Snug on the lower ground floor with home cinema and 3D Blu-ray TV, 3D movies, XBOX 360 with games, iPod player, dart board and pool table.

Additional chalet facilities include a heated ski and boot room, secure storage for bikes and equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, cots and highchairs on request.

The well equipped kitchen has an extra large 5 ring gas/electric oven, second microwave/oven/grill, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and added extras like a raclette machine, luxury Senseo fresh coffee machine with capsules, food processor, pressure cooker, second kettle, and an island meaning plenty of work space. Beds are made prior to arrival with towels provided and end of stay cleaning is included.  The chalet staff are on hand to help with all aspects of your holiday to include snow clearing, hot tub servicing and support.  Additional services can be booked in advance such as bread deliveries, daily room cleans and linen and towel changes (contact us for more information). The chalet can be split into two self contained units, the first sleeps 10/12 in 5 spacious ensuite bedrooms with baths and/or showers and consists of 3 doubles, 2 of which have king size beds, a quad and a twin room, however slight alterations can be made to this configeration if required.  For larger groups, the chalet can be joined internally with the 3 bedroom Apartment Moccand (2 double ensuites and a quad with low ceiling height), making the entire chalet sleep 18/20 and providing a third living area and kitchen. For larger groups still, The Mazot is available next door.

As an exclusive customer of Molton Brown toiletries, you will receive a sample selection of their products in each bathroom. A guest hairdryer is also provided.
